@1:54 I wish my yellow cable prep tool would cooperate with me more.. mine cuts 6 and 11 terribly so I have to use the big red T that comcast gives us.
as long you scraped the old paint off that power meter before grounding youre in spec (youre in one of the areas of comcast they dont do house boxes which is nuts, i thought it was all areas)
Nah northeast it’s not required Before Comcast I was with Cox communications they required house boxes So when I went over to Comcast it felt kind of weird not having that requirement and you would be surprised how many customers turned down house boxes on side of their homes when I would install it
Bro! That strap is copper. I didn't think you're supposed to use copper with galvanize or steel power mast. We have galvanize ground strap at SE Michigan. WOW provider (SE Michigan would much rather we use a NID box to protect the fittings, splitters and ground block.
In West Texas we deal with high tx almost every job I’ve became a monster at working with high tx I contract with suddenlink right now the worst company I’ve worked for but they have a lot of work because the customer support can’t fix anything over the phone
Awesome video I work for the same company that you work for. You must be based out of GBR I'm in WNE but your video gives me a new understanding of what our techs do since I do tech support over the phone thanks for the info and education you got a subscriber our of me.
You know you're old when you remember RUclips back in the day when we have 5-star ratings instead of thumbs up and thumbs down and being able to customize your RUclips channel's background.
