The nostalgia this brings is immense, living through this era of music is one of my proudest accomplishment, I can finally see why the older generation tends to listen to what we consider as old music, as that was where they grew up listening to, and probably a lot of us too will be the same, when this generation comes to a close. May I add that while we listen to different music nowadays, coming back to these music just hits differently compared to newer music, I’m sure a lot of us share the same sentiment.

i just got hit with the nostalgia, wtf. 2008 to 2012 had bops you can headbang to no matter how many times it's played. Pop evolved so much, and either it's bad or good, but hey when looking back at these songs, they remind you how much has changed in just a few years.
