Brahma then recycles the remnants of the old universe into a new universe and Vishnu adds the finishing touches, Shiva creates new elemental gods and demon kings to maintain the universe. Parallel universes are a thing in Hinduism, when Brahma commits a grave sin when he was drunk on his power as the True Creator God, Shiva and Vishnu, summoned million Brahmas from "another worlds" to show his insignificance despite being the True Creator God.
super late to the party, I know, but I fought him yesterday and it took me almost 3 hours, I died at least 6 times, something would always go wrong. Until the very end I got him into the red and I was totally freaking out. If there's anything I learned it's to prioritize super healing your dudes not doing damage because that's when Shiva whips out the murder weapons

Shiva is a very chill person even in the mythology. It's only when he gets angry as he Third Eye opens he goes into his God of Destruction and Death mode lol

well this pretty accurate as in Tandava is kinda supposed to be a dance which mesmarizes you though it is not supposed to be calm though,like a tandavs is supposed to show aggression which is apparent in hindu mythology as Lord shivas Tandav is said to be able to destroy the whole world(according to hindu mythology) so I expected it to be a bit more agrresive
Not really in the culture when you complete the dance your left calm as all aggression leaves your being when shiva actually performs it he is at peace knowing he destroyed the cosmos cause he is the God of destruction

Ngl, this is the peak of a soundtrack that goes hard all the way through. I remember when the game was just released, people had a lot of very heated arguments over every single thing. Story, difficulty, art direction, Idun (my beloved): every single thing about it got high amounts of criticism (warranted and not), but not the soundtrack.
