How do I enter & exit the settings page?? Is there a button combination I have to press?? 😊😅😂
Enter and exit by holding the up and down keys.
Tip: Just go through each setting explaining what it does rather than exit out everytime and have to repeat again. It'll make your video less tedious.

Good morning,
Very unhappy with my CmaceWheel RX20, bought 7/2022.
After 6 months the Keyframe holder on the bike broke, so o had to replace the whole Key setup in the Battery. Not easy.
Now the Front Motor is not working for 4 months, but I was busy and did not report it, so it’s OUT Of WARRANTY, as 13 months and 95 km (yeah, that’s all).
The Factory support was incomplete, sarcastic and frankly shows NO knowledge of the bike (until I started yelling). What I can notice is RE-BRANDING to DUOTTS, Polarna, VAKOLE C020, which indicates to me that the original brand is failing! They should have fixed the problems first!
After additional testing and hours of work by myself,
1. Clearly the Controller is defective, so I am asking for an immediate replacement.
2. The Motor is also probably defective, but I am willing to wait for the Controller replacement. What worries me about it, is the cost and the danger that the NEW controller will be blown by the defective Motor.
Any ideas?

I think no ones know the Answer,what I know is that it’s "set motor magnetic poles"you can change the visual speed (*only visually*),the higher number that you put the lower the km/h will show you visually ,but i still don’t know what number should i put to be accurate,i think you need to calculate the magnetic poles of your motor but i don’t know how…
How can I reset the kilometer counter
Hold "Plus" for 5 seconds to reset Odometer to Zero, once you are at P16 in the settings.
This is so annoying long press too much, you don't have to keep saying it
this is stupid how many times do we need to learn that long press up and down buttons gets you in and out of the programming mode. Also you did not mention sensitivity 1 to 24 which is more sensitive 1 or 24??? and you skipped 7 so how is this full explanation

The sensitivity settings don’t seem to do anything. I’ve tried them all on my Philodo H8 AWD 2000w ebike. That’s supposed to do 35mph on throttle only but I’m only getting 28.7mph and that’s even with peddling my butt off as well in pas5. I’ve also tried setting pas modes from 0 to 9 which setting the pas to Pas 9 helped a little but only gave me a couple mph difference. It’s also not very stable, meaning the speeds seem to fluctuate even on full charge battery. I managed 32.6mph once on pas9 but that was once. I never seen that speed again lol. I’ll probably upgrade the Controllers on my bike eventually since I no this bike could easily do 40 to 45+ mph with the proper controllers. As it came with 2-22amp controllers to power 2- 1000w 48v motors. Seems odd they’d use such low amperage controllers for this bike or they are lying about the actual motors being 1000w each.
@@Freebird_67 i think it is the reaction time to full torque. So you do not get wheel spin before full traction occurs

@@Freebird_67 is speed limit on P8 set to 100 that's what you need to change also I've seen set at 50 on so.e bikes is interpreted as 100 by controller also P14 is amparge set it higher possibly hope it helps you

M5 goes into blinking 0000 asking for PW or code. Bike supplier would not provide code. 9999 does not work or 1234

@@blessyess1629 E06 is normally a battery undervoltage error. Check your pack voltage.
No movement in motor .... so motor is broken .... check my comment on the video i put the link to pdf file of the manual in my comment
I have a troubleshooting went I get to P9 to choose the pedal assist level I set it to zero but went I twist the throttle the bike turn off and if turn on again shows no charge and turn off again when is fully charge anyone who can give me advice please

Please show us a step by step guide on how to set the PAS 1/5 to 5,10,15,20,25kmh. And disable throttle and enable cruise control. I am sure you will help many people with a tutorial on how to do that. In my case it would be for a shengmilo mx03. Thanks ever so much! I subscribed to your channel 😁👍

@DAD watched video again but ít does not explain how to set PEDAL ASSIST 1 to 5 to 5,10,15,20,25kmh. The setting for speed is P8 , but setting this to 25 does not limit the pedal assist to 25kmh if I set value to 000 the bike does not move longer than a second and very weak, this shows it’s a percentage of the maximum power . My bike has a 1000w motor and I guess that setting P8 to 25 will set the maximum wattage to 250w (25% of 1000w) but I would like to set it in a way that PAS1 DOES NOT assist to 15kmh bit rather 5 or 7kmh and PAS2 would go to 10 and so on . Now my pedal assist 2 makes the bike go up to 20+kmh . Not a problem but would be nice to ride it legally. For the rest it’s a very informative video👍
@@C.Scholl the p8 is max speed bike will go and I think should be at 100 . It's depends on controller you have as display is just the tool. I would recommend to contact seller /manufacturers of the bike to get settings info.
@@askdad exactly setting P8 to 100 will deliver all available current (1000w)it has less power @25 this would be 250w witch makes it legal to ride without registering it as a speed padilac .
@@C.Scholl I guess it's depends on your location. In USA I think 750w . Also, I do not think We have anyone to check on it yet.

my 2000w hub motor, says i go over 50 kmph but i go walk speed. i have 29 inch, and in setup set it to 29" if i put it on 26" it still shows morekmph then i actaly go.. and sometimes it does not show speed at all, then it says 00 kmph.

Hi all! Has anyone disassembled this display? Is it assembled with glue or with snaps? I needed to resolder the wires, but I'm afraid of damaging the case when opening it.
Hi the m5 display is glued heat round the edges with a hairdryer and gently prize off.I used super glue to put display back together and all was fine. Hope this helps.

Long press the up and down to enter the sub menu. Go to p11 ... P11 is the pedal assist response time
