  • Are you an animal lover? If you are, how are these animals different? Is there a difference? Two eyes, a nose, a mouth, a stomach, two kidneys and a brain - a brain that can feel fear and stress, pain and despair.
    Despite that there is a difference - perception. Your perception! And that’s the only difference.

    We are biologically designed to predate and eat animals. Our ancestors hunted animals and later farmed animals for food.
    If you could ask any of the animals here about hunting and farming, they would accept it as part of the natural order;
    "Sure, no different to what we'd do to feed ourselves and our own children."
    What is *not* acceptable is the horrid cruelty of modern factory farming we see here.

      I’m the modern age, us humans do not need to eat meat or any other animal product to survive and thrive. It doesn’t matter what our ancestors did. And we definitely aren’t predators in the way that, for example, a tiger is. Do you think that you’d be able to take down a deer with your bare hands? Or catch a squirrel? Or a eat raw rotting dead animal that you found on the side of the road? Or a fresh raw carcass?
