Her guess for Re-destro is basically just gambit’s ability. Even though Gambit didn’t NEED to use cards for his powers, it’s just what he tends to do since he’s a gambler
Even if it is a hybrid I still view Todoroki as having only one quirk. Fire and ice may seem to be opposites, but they are both temperature based quirks. Even Bakugo has a hybrid quirk, since its a mix if his parents' abilities.
One word of advice. Wear headphones if you think turtle is going to say "she can touch herself" and "she can touch others and make them do whatever she wants".
