The skins actually look pretty good. With some skins, while I prefer how they looked before since they were darker there, it's probably just a matter of getting used to it. Many skins have more detail, but I also noticed less detail on 1-2 skins.
Yes, actually they only increase the color contrast or brightness, the detail is still bad, the texture of the color gradations is lacking. Clothes still look stiff. Etc
Beast King: He no longer has a defined lower lip, as well as his nose and dark circles under his eyes, instead, they made the texture flat and added two spots on his eyes, so he lost his shading. In case of the armor, his shoulder pad and glove lost their shine, so they don't look worn, also applies to the axe. His improvement was to saturate it with light colors, sacrificing detail and naturalness, I'm disappointed. Just my opinion, don't take this the wrong way.
Some skins (like the P.E.K.K.A. King) look better after the update, however, others (such as the Beast King) were actually better off BEFORE the change.
I personally dislike how most of Archer Queen's older skins look, more specifically her eyes, as the light reflection areas look too big, which makes her look like she's staring into the abyss
Ok the new colors are more on the cooler tones.. i have a mixed feeling on them esp autumn ice quuen eyes looks so terrible like some rag doll eyes.. overall detailed but its a bit on the cooler or brighter side.
I like how you Alphabetize the Hero Skins maybe in the future Supercell could add a Filter Icon as we get more Hero Skins it's going to be hard to find which Hero Skin your looking for or which Hero was first released the Gold Pass Skins,Legendary Skins etc.

I really like the new 'Shaders' they implemented. They make the heroes stand out less and be more cohesive with the art style. Coming back to coc after a long time and finding out the heroes are now 3D has always felt out of place along the other troops (at least to me lol).
They still did not fix the problem. They still look like they are light by a different sun. And while it overwhole looks better. I think they decreased the shadow intensity just a bit too much.

They made some of the archer Queen skins worse beast king also look bad and golem as the OG look again which I don’t really like also realized they got rid of magic barb kings fat 😂

Reminds me of Clash-A-Rama for some reason But, I think the Eye of Archer Queen, Grand Warden and Royal Champion needs some changes, they look so dull and unreal, They look like Eye Stickers that’s been pasted upon them.. I hope Supercell fixes the Eyes otherwise the feel of the new skins are Amazing!!

Awesome video! Skins after the Town Hall 14 update seem to really pop with the changes, and you can certainly tell which ones are the older ones. It's great how much more detail can be made out, but I think the lighting needs some tweaks still.
skins are given an unnecessary shine. It looks bad. Look at Master Warden, this is pretty bad. I think they should revert the skins to their original state.
I think whenever showcasing anything using a dreary sunset is the worst possible lighting, a bright clear day is optimal for looking at how good something is. Overall it's a much cleaner aesthetic with more definition I really like it ^-x I hope we get some more zombie hero skins we have the queen from last year's halloween season it would be fun to have a zombie king, warden and royal champion
2:59 I bought this fall queen because her eyes was normal, now they did it more goofy. This reason because I didn't buy a winter queen, which was a like barby. Now winter looks small better. But NOW THE MOST SOULLESS AND OLDEST IS FALL QUEEN 😭
Im my opinion they've ruined some skins. The autumn Queen looks depressed😭😭 They've improved lots of skins though, like the Painter Warden's paint bucket, and the Jungle Queen!
I hate them. Less depth and looks more plasticky. Also their profile animations is different as well which also looks bad. 🤨 Which they’d just go back to the previous appearance I mean look at the autumn queen at 2:57.. left one is soo much better! 😂

Imo with this update the ice king went from not worth it, to one of the best skins for the BK, that lightblue crystal texture looks amazing

Actually everything looks worser than before because they brightened the skin a lot, all the shadow details are gone from the faces🤦♂️

I feel like the dark ages skins and the beast king shouldn't have been redone, they were good when they were darker, but now they are TOO bright.
