Summary of this video: Crewmates have absolutely no idea what they’re seeing half of the time, and the louder they are the less correct they tend to be.
If he had done that, they would've known that 2 imposters were alive, which would've changed Toast's line of thinking in the rounds after Ze had died, and also wouldn't have guaranteed Ze's survival.

The problem is that it works. If it's working, you can't blame the person who finds a working strategy and abuses it, you blame the people going with it and letting it work.

That one round, nobody seemed to notice that Aphex was accusing Ze of making two kills within a few seconds of each other. Aphex said he saw them both on camera, but the kill cooldown timer proves he was wrong, and doubt might have kept Ze alive.

He started out telling everyone, "I saw Ze kill two people!", then after the round, when everyone corrected him, he changed it to, "Yeah, that's what I said! Ze walked over Rachu's body and didn't report it and then killed someone!" He wouldn't even admit that he misspoke, he was too proud of being right that Ze was an imposter to admit he got ONE LITTLE DETAIL wrong.
One of the reasons why I love watching the gameplays instead of playing the actual game is because of people like Aphex... They think that raising their tone and making their voice louder than anyone else's instead of presenting the evidence calmly is going to make them right. And you know what's more annoying? For some fucking reason it works because people believe them.
By raising your voice and tone, putting passion behind your words, you instill confidence. Notice how some people ask "how sure are you on what you saw?" By raising your voice and putting conviction in your words, you appear 100% sure. That's not to say that being calm and collected won't win, it just depends on who you are playing with, and what they respond to.

Ze, at the beginning, this is why you utilize the fact that you can do wires through the walls on this map. You can do those bathroom wires from the entrance hallway in Lab, and that will save you from being in a dangerous spot.

Aphex was the 3rd imposter, but Ritz was the 9th crewmate. When your partner says "I'm voting for X", you vote for X too. Ritz could have tied it up then.
It would've been suspicious, but there were 6 people, they just needed to call reactor and get a double kill. Or turn off lights, kill the first person that clears the lights and then wait by the hallway for the second kill. Or oxygen with one of them on each side (bit more risky since you're split up).
Around 25:30, aphex said he saw you look at the body and run away. But the lights were out, and a crewmate wouldn’t have been able to see the body from where you were standing
Okay, so I'm just sayin cause Toast got played and said it was Tay's "best play ever", but it wasn't. If she'd let Toast do the talking and get Ze voted she'd have been in a good spot, but she did most of the yelling and called out that she saw Ze vent. Everyone was pretty much sure on Ritz so soon as it was clear she was wrong about Ze she looked super suspicious to Rach, Cream and Squirrel (minimum) because of that vote play with Toast. No hate, she had a good idea for a play, but she bluffed it too strong and turned it into a bad one.
I've just realized that ToastFPS and Toast are different people. It explains a lot the difference in the voice. So far I've only seen it from Ze's perspective and I thought it's the audio distortion making voices sound different.

Tay is SO lucky that Toast is oblivious. That wasn't even a skill based kill/vote, it was just outright luck that Toast didn't pay attention to who he walked in with.
Squirrel still doesn't get how 50/50s work. If you're a crewmate and you're stuck in a 50/50 situation, for the sake of crewmates, you need to be entirely for a 50/50. There are only 2 imposters and 8 crewmates, taking out an imposter for a crewmate is the best trade possible. It also guarantees to the other crewmates that one imposter has been thrown out, not leading to a weird situation on 6 where they have to vote for you as crew.
Have you ever thought of doing this with different rules? Like: 1 imposter, no reporting, no meetings. Just a race to do all the tasks before the killer gets everyone.
The average kill timer is, what, 35 seconds? With the first cool down being only 5 seconds, & 8 kills required in a full lobby, that's getting all tasks done in ~250 seconds, assuming the Impostor is immediately around someone once their cool down wears off.
You should play a game where no one can not vote and no one can skip vote. So if y’all wanna not kill anyone everyone picks someone at random and just hope that one person didn’t have more votes that the rest. It’d be a cool twist.
watching your vids while playing through Mario 3D All Stars (love it, 100% 64 already and working on Sunshine), love these vids. Friends plan on getting it and we're gonna play this at some point soon hopefully, only thing I'm gonna find annoying is they know me kind of enough to know I'm a threat that they need to watch out for on both sides.
What makes these vids great is you can picture the movie. This horror comedy where someone is screaming they saw what you know they didn’t see while an actual killer truthfully says they didn’t do it only for that correct yet wrong accusations to result in another innocent person killed, while the actual killer sits silently thinking “this is going well”
I've done that plenty of times. Vent me for no actual reason, or because they've got a vendetta on me after I got a clean impostor run? Well, good luck finding the impostors, I'm gonna just follow people around and watch all the fun murders. It helps that I'm bored of the repetitive tasks, tho. Game needs new maps and tasks, badly.

Not big on unneeded sequels, to be honest. Way too many games have sequels for the sake of sequels, with changes that could have been integrated in the previous game as an update. It's one way game companies have to make people pay twice for the same thing. Just look at EA's sport games. True there are changes in mechanics and graphics, but if not for "sequelitis" the FIFA games would be in their third or fourth sequel, not "twenty-somethingth." I think the best example of what I mean is Unreal Tournament. The developers of that saga released Unreal Tournament 2003, then just added more content to it and rereleased it as Unreal Tournament 2004, one year later. Yes, UT2004 was a good game, better - because of the content added to it - than 2003, but it could have been an update. A paid DLC. Instead they chose to charge full price for the same game. But sequelitis wouldn't happen if gamers didn't happily go buy "This Year's Last Year's Game: Ultimate Edition" without thinking on what they're really buying: A freaking content update. Damn glad these guys are not like other developers, actually. No reason for Same Game 2: More Of The Same Edition.

Only ways to know it was a vent are if you saw the animation or they weren't in the room before and you know for a fact there was no other possible path for them to take to get in there.

It would've been suspicious, but there were 6 people, they just needed to call reactor and get a double kill. Or turn off lights, kill the first person that clears the lights and then wait by the hallway for the second kill. Or oxygen with one of them on each side (bit more risky since you're split up).
Around 25:30, aphex said he saw you look at the body and run away. But the lights were out, and a crewmate wouldn’t have been able to see the body from where you were standing
The cameras still show clearly though, so he may not have known the lights were out.

Okay, so I'm just sayin cause Toast got played and said it was Tay's "best play ever", but it wasn't. If she'd let Toast do the talking and get Ze voted she'd have been in a good spot, but she did most of the yelling and called out that she saw Ze vent. Everyone was pretty much sure on Ritz so soon as it was clear she was wrong about Ze she looked super suspicious to Rach, Cream and Squirrel (minimum) because of that vote play with Toast.
No hate, she had a good idea for a play, but she bluffed it too strong and turned it into a bad one.

I've just realized that ToastFPS and Toast are different people. It explains a lot the difference in the voice. So far I've only seen it from Ze's perspective and I thought it's the audio distortion making voices sound different.

Tay is SO lucky that Toast is oblivious. That wasn't even a skill based kill/vote, it was just outright luck that Toast didn't pay attention to who he walked in with.
Squirrel still doesn't get how 50/50s work. If you're a crewmate and you're stuck in a 50/50 situation, for the sake of crewmates, you need to be entirely for a 50/50. There are only 2 imposters and 8 crewmates, taking out an imposter for a crewmate is the best trade possible. It also guarantees to the other crewmates that one imposter has been thrown out, not leading to a weird situation on 6 where they have to vote for you as crew.
Have you ever thought of doing this with different rules?
Like: 1 imposter, no reporting, no meetings. Just a race to do all the tasks before the killer gets everyone.
The average kill timer is, what, 35 seconds? With the first cool down being only 5 seconds, & 8 kills required in a full lobby, that's getting all tasks done in ~250 seconds, assuming the Impostor is immediately around someone once their cool down wears off.

What makes these vids great is you can picture the movie. This horror comedy where someone is screaming they saw what you know they didn’t see while an actual killer truthfully says they didn’t do it only for that correct yet wrong accusations to result in another innocent person killed, while the actual killer sits silently thinking “this is going well”

Not big on unneeded sequels, to be honest. Way too many games have sequels for the sake of sequels, with changes that could have been integrated in the previous game as an update. It's one way game companies have to make people pay twice for the same thing. Just look at EA's sport games. True there are changes in mechanics and graphics, but if not for "sequelitis" the FIFA games would be in their third or fourth sequel, not "twenty-somethingth."
I think the best example of what I mean is Unreal Tournament. The developers of that saga released Unreal Tournament 2003, then just added more content to it and rereleased it as Unreal Tournament 2004, one year later. Yes, UT2004 was a good game, better - because of the content added to it - than 2003, but it could have been an update. A paid DLC. Instead they chose to charge full price for the same game.
But sequelitis wouldn't happen if gamers didn't happily go buy "This Year's Last Year's Game: Ultimate Edition" without thinking on what they're really buying: A freaking content update.
Damn glad these guys are not like other developers, actually. No reason for Same Game 2: More Of The Same Edition.

They were stupid or imposter at the start. If you don't see the animation then you don't know for sure it was a vent. Only ways to know it was a vent are if you saw the animation or they weren't in the room before and you know for a fact there was no other possible path for them to take to get in there.
