Fantastic Cheryl you are really going well. Hope ankle gets better soon Gary. Once again thank you so much for your time and effort making these videos very much appreciated
Well done both of you. Love the Tattoos, have a tat dedicated to one of my ultra results as well and planning my next piece of ink after this weekends successful 50.
Nice trail that. For some reason i do love steps on trails. Not sure why though yet. I also would definitely 100% dnf at that pub though🤣. When i did the dusk til dawn 50 miler years ago, the 25 mile check point was in the Cat and fiddle pub near Shining Tor. It had a roaring log fire and everyone was enjoying themselves. Outside though the weather was grim. Hardest thing to ever leave that pub i have to say.
@@TrailRunningCouple you guys are my favourite and most inspiring running info/ videos out there keep doing what you are doing 👍🏻but also look after yourselves you are both inspirational to lots of people out there 👏🏻🍾
Great to see the approach to Black Hill is still boggy though the area around the trig point is much improved since the 1970s when it was in fact an assault course to get to it from any direction. Well done both. Rest up?
Thank you. It’s quite a nice summit and not too difficult when approached from with direction on the flag stones. Definitely a little rest now. Feeling tired! Thanks again 👍
When you said 'Thats black hill done ' my subtitles said ' Thats why I killed him '😲 You tube has trouble with accents 😂 Well done on another great run , especially with an iffy ankle and hot weather.
great stuff guys! You looked like you enjoyed this a lot more than you normally do. Loved the tats! Are you going to put a star underneath for every finish?
Thanks Paul, it was enjoyable if not at little painful at times! You’ve given us a great idea with stars. Let’s see what next years event brings as it’ll be pretty crap with just a lone star ⭐️ 😂
Yet another brilliant team effort! 👏👏👏
Thanks Ian 👍
Well done guys, you two are machines!
Haha, both of us need oiling then! Thanks very much 😊
Beautiful course. The aid stations are rather nice too. Apple pie! Whisky! Well done to both of you.
They most certainly were excellent. Makes it all worthwhile! Thanks so much 😊
well done to both of you - and thank you both for sharing this with us xx
Thanks very much as always 😊

Thanks Martin. That was a tough outing after LL100. Still not fully recovered as we found out!
Another great upload. It was warm on Saturday. Hope the ankle gets better Gary. And loving the new ink the both of you.
Thanks Darren. It’s just a niggle I’ve been carrying since Lakeland. It’ll be fine and won’t stop me doing what I love. The tats just had to be done!
Hadn't heard of this one before! Definitely adding it to the list
Thanks Jess! They’re very friendly with Craggrunner 😊 A couple of good options for you with the 50km and 50 mile 👍
Reckon your seal of approval is a good indicator of quality!

Thanks very much! Love the idea of permanent reminders of the hard things we accomplish in the name of fun!!
Brilliant again by you both and great to see Cheryl cementing her elite status with a third!! 😉Well done 🏆
She’ll love that comment! Thanks so much 👍
Didn’t take much convincing on the whiskey at cp3 or the assault course at the end!!!. Amazing couple and what a brilliant video!!!
Thank you so much, both went down a treat 😊

Steps are nice to be fair. They’re easier to get up than 45 degree gradients! The pub - seriously if I’d have stopped I would have ordered tea too 😂
Love the tattoos 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks, had to be done!! 😂

@@kevinfarren4564 Thank you very much Kevin, that’s so nice of you to say that. It’s very much appreciated 😊
Change of seasons on the way. Best wishes out there to you both.
Definitely! It’s not stopped raining here. Up to the Lakes again this weekend so hoping there isn’t much left by the time we get there! Thank you 👍

Well done. You both looked empty when you finished.
It’s all left on the course! So glad to see the finish line. Thanks 👍
