@@BackyardKYHomestead Well, I watched your video because it was from a buyers perspective - One my RUclips channel, I have live auctions an I always wonder what buyers think of the products - so even though you were reviewing products from somebody else (and much more expensive products than I sell - since my products are all bargains) - I was interested in your opinions and perspectives ...
I have to say that the customer service is amazing. I had a couple of items missing from one of my orders and they refunded me immediately, no questions asked, no problems. I had my choice of a refund or store credit, and they gave me a 20% off coupon on top of it.

I love the garden flags, but be careful, not all of them are made of sturdy fabric. I received two that were made of thin, flimsy material. Make sure the description says "burlap", or you may end up with flags like I got.
