I've downloaded the manual because I can't find where in my application I can change the time. It should be something with time zone,but still can't find it on the app. How can I change the time ?

Could you please guide me on following points? 1) We have this camera installed for about 2 years and now we have changed our Wifi provider recently, I can't find anywhere on settings to change/connect the modem to the new Wifi. 2) On my phone, I have DMSS app installed and it works when I am at home ie connected with the same Wifi as the modem but not on mobile internet. Also, now we have new Wifi and my phone is connected to the new Wifi, I can't access cameras from my phone app! Many Thanks

You need to sign-in or create an account when the app is downloaded. This will restrict the app to one user with admin access. You can create multiple users from NVR and each once can have they own access.
Hi, if you need multiple access for devices, dont login or register the app. In case you have signed in just go to me in homepage in bottom right corner and logout. This is will release primary holder and other devices can have admin access.
I changed my wifi name and password now I can't view on my phone. I tried connecting back but it says already connected. So I deleted the app and re downloaded. When I scan the SN and select DVR/XVR it's says failure to connect. 1. Device not initialized or 2. network not configured. How do I get set back up? And how do I see what internet my device is connected to or how to do I change it?
Just Make sure you 1.DVR is connected to the router hard wired and 2 lights blink at the back of DVR green and yellow. 2. Check if DHCP is ON, on your DVR. 3. Go to network >> P2P>> Check if it is in online status. 4. Check if you are in the same home network(no Access Point or extender is involved) . If all 4 steps are followed, it will resolve the issue.

password is for the NVR when we do initial setup. Try using the password which you use to playback on nvr using screen. It should work on both wifi and cellular data if you turn on autoplay in settings.

Your new mobile app Dmss is inferior vs old gdmss plus. It lacks ability to search only past hour or any hours specified. This is inferior as only 24 hours search is slow. No memory play as well. Please add ability to do last event or past hour search. Old apps had this. If something happens and you try to watch last 10minutes on dmss app, you will waste 5 to 10minutes as the app loads 24 hours search all data as it only does full 24 day search block. It has no ability to search only few hours. Thanks.
There are multiple alarms in notifications, make sure your camera has the selected feature that you want to activate. I think camera doesn't support your requested feature.

we can only change time logging in the NVR. left click > main menu> >password > system > date and time

When you press Scan SN there is a manual SN option as well, press that enter Serial number and add password it should work.

My cctv is not working trough mobile data..Only on Wifi..what will i do so my cctv will work on mobile data
Go to me icon at bottom right corner
Then go to general and turn on auto play. This will resolve it.
If that doesn’t work then delete existing cameras and follow this video to add cameras correctly

No, just use a strong password and you are safe. Its for your own personal use.
