    Oops! There's a spelling mistake at the beginning of the video. It's Battyeford, not Batteyford. 🙄

    A short but enjoyable walk. I sometimes carry on down the river then call in for a coffee in Mirfield on the way back to Battyeford. Thanks for the video. x

      Yes, mate. I'm using the new GoPro 10. I film in the cinematic setting. 4K @ 25 fps.

    I've not been along that stretch for 40 years but I remember that near to the weir there was a large outfall pipe discharging waste water from the nearby sewage works into the River Calder. I doubt whether things have significantly improved since then.
