Touring The Chalfonte

The Chalfonte apartment in Adams Morgan was a solid 7/10 for me! Nice size, unique elements and the location was top tier… however that PRICE 😳😳😳😳! I think 3K is alot of money, but being within walking distance of Target, Reveler’s Hour and Martha Dear would have been so nice! I love ADMO and have tons of friends in the area, so it would have been so perfct! Did I mention this building is rent controlled too? Studios in this building start around $1700! #sayyestotheaddress #dcapartment
