- During the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed, I have filmed the brand new Koenigsegg CC850. Inspired by the original CC8S, the CC850 features the classic Koenigsegg silhouette, while the interior, and particularly the analog chronocluster, is a work of art. Limited to 70 units, the Koenigsegg CC850 is one of a few select megacars to boast a 1:1 power-to-weight ratio, weighing just 1,385kg and producing 1,385hp from its twin-turbo V8 powertrain. This is a proud moment to be a swede. The CC850 has matured to perfection from its older brother CC8S with a timeless design and godlike twin-turbo V8 sound! I am also proud of the fact that this is a first of a kind innovation of an simulated manual, and at the same time, an automatic gearbox. It is what dreams are made of. Simply a car that carries the essence of Koenigseggs identity. They supersede the expected expectations with engineering sorcery!

Koenigsegg actually makes very good sounding twin turbo flat plane v8s. Normally this type of engine configuration sounds like a 4 cylinder engine, just listen to how the AMG Black series and newer turbo V8 Ferraris sound

yes they actually do but cc850 sounds more similar to P1, jesko is more like a hybrid of f40 and p1
