Stands should be constructed for spectators . Every spectator are standing their its very unfortunate things for us . its humble request to our CEC kargil plz construct the stand for spectators. Capacity should be around 20k

The stadium is a complete mess. The engineering design in this arena is the worst I have ever witnessed. There is no space for spectators, and there is no room for players. This indicates the lack of faith shown by the Kargil administration towards the public.
Shame CEC ! In your presence spectators of ICe hockey have not enough space to enjoy the match comfortably, shame on you they kick off your infrastructure
