I LOOVEEE this template. It gave me a good start. Im editing it now to include the things I need it to do. Having the formulas already sketched out really helps out and to have the databases already sketch out really helped. Thanks so much.
Ooh, this is the closest to what I need that I've seen so far - So great! Wondering though, if I can add a couple more columns, like one for the totals going to taxes and another for what's going into Savings ... I'm fairly new to Notion so hoping I can easily tweak the greatness you got going here so I can include those two categories. Thanks in advance for your time :)
Gracias nuevamente!!
Hey there! So happy you like it. You can indeed change the currency. If your mouse hover over any of the number fields, you'll see a "123" label appear. Click on it and select the currency of your choice.
I think it would be possible, but I don't think it'll be easy... So I prefer the approach of just entering the total monthly living expenses manually into Notion, and have the full breakdown in my phone (I don't need to see the breakdown in Notion as it would just clutter my finances view)
So far the only way to interact with Notion is to manually enter the info. Praying for the API to come soon though! But for personal expenses I use another app and then input one entry in Notion per month with the sum of all the expenses
Hey there! So far there's no template for this, as it has other databases it's using, and not just the financial ones. We build it in The Notion Academy where it's part of a bigger system
Gosh what a gready people.. To sell templates for notion LOL - when there`s a bunch of free alternate videos on youtube how to made it. Thanks, but nope
Here you can find the template shown in the video: gumroad.com/l/financial-mastery

Sure thing! As simple as adding the columns manually and creating some extra formulas in the weeks database for the extra calculations!
Wonderful video Daniel! Great job, love all the useful information!
Tracking finances is one of my keystone habits! And this makes it easier
Gran video Dani! Muy fan de la transición de cámara en 3:53
Jaja muchas gracias Arnau!
This is nice and simple and gets the job done, thanks!
It certainly does! Thanks Jon

@@DanielCanosa Muchas gracias por la respuesta Daniel! (I think you speak english well enough!)
Hello Daniel, I purchased your template. Amazing, simple just what I needed. Thank you!
I have a question, can I change the currency, if yes - how?
Hey there! So happy you like it.
You can indeed change the currency. If your mouse hover over any of the number fields, you'll see a "123" label appear. Click on it and select the currency of your choice.
@@DanielCanosa amazing, works out. Thank you!
How would you deal when you save partial money to pay bills in next month?
Great use of Notion, could you import your monthly transaction from a third party app via CSV into Notion?
I think it would be possible, but I don't think it'll be easy... So I prefer the approach of just entering the total monthly living expenses manually into Notion, and have the full breakdown in my phone (I don't need to see the breakdown in Notion as it would just clutter my finances view)
Do you use anything else to track like YNAB and all that or do you manually enter in all the transactions?
So far the only way to interact with Notion is to manually enter the info.
Praying for the API to come soon though!
But for personal expenses I use another app and then input one entry in Notion per month with the sum of all the expenses
Where can I specifically access this template?

@@DanielCanosa wish we could access it anyway. Can you link me to how to get this? or even the entire thing?
@@johndamn8713 so far it's just here, where we build it step by step: go.danicanosa.com/TNA
Hey Vince! I just created this template: gumroad.com/l/financial-mastery
I tried but in the case of finance I moved to Airtable - it works so much better
Cool! Mind sharing what are you doing in Airtable that you can't do in Notion?
Are you selling this template ?
Hey there! No, I'm not :( ... this is part of the system we build in my Notion program
Hey Sullifeu! I just created the template: gumroad.com/l/financial-mastery
I thought the beginning was an ad I was lookin for the skip button lol
hahahahaha

Either you spend your time to build them or you buy them.
Why pay for a computer when you can assemble it? why pay for food when you can grow it?
