You can refer to this link and see which one you have: nasilemaktech.com/fake-redmi-airdots-mi-true-wireless-earbuds-basic/ If you do have the real one, then I think it's defective.
Hi, Thanks for the video. Does it has noise cancellation? Can someone please suggest if we can listen to a call in a noisy environment or if our voice hears properly on the other side? Thanks
I have a quick question, I usually only use one side of the earbuds. After usage, I put it back in the charging case but the red light doesnt turn on. I have to take both sides out, let it do the sync, put it back and the red light shows. Does that mean it wasnt charging at first?
@@benz_adam the noise cancelling is okay. For the price of €40 in my country are these buds really good imo. The expensive one from Galaxy itself could be better but you have to ask yourself.. do you want to purchase over the €100 for earbuds? if you can buy a pair of 40 wich are also really good. I have no regret that i bought these earbuds.
So when I charge them, I place them both inside their case, and plug the case. The case has the red light going, but after only seconds, the airpods just go black, they don't remain with the red dot while charging. What does that mean, are they bad? Or is it ok if the case has the red light on, but the earbuds don't? I'm confused and their manual really says nothing, your video was way clearer.
Thanks for the question! Whenever the case light turns off, it means it's fully charged. It's okay for the case to have red light but the earbuds don't. Also, just to be sure - you removed the blue stickers behind the earbuds?

No, you're not missing anything. The AirDots is supposed to be a microphone for calls after pairing it via Bluetooth. May I know what phone you are using and also what is your calling method (eg Facebook call, etc)

When I bought the Haylou GT1. The Airdots then works without problem and auto paired effortlessly. Now my Haylou GT1 gives me problem same as Airdots. Need to reset everytime to work as pair. Thank you for the amazingly clear explanation of the us of the AirPods ... just got one myself ... wondering if you can tell me if I need to charge it for a certain number of hours for first use.
NasiLemakTech thank you. That helps a lot to know. Does the air dots also have a tendency to re connect to the device while it's in the cradle once it's fully charged? Mine does. Thought that was weird. No big deal though. Pretty happy with it. Thanks again for the video.
Hi.. I actually own one...but until now I dunno how or if it's posible to use only one side or 1pc of the pair...coz every time I'm turning off either side it's turning off together...hope you notice my concern and thanks in advance 😊
Hello, we noticed your concern. You can use only one side but we do not recommend it. You cannot swap between using one side and both sides easily, so you will have to factory reset and pair even if you want to use two sides. My advise here is to use two-sided all the time.
Great video ! Any advice for hand-free use ? I bought these earbuds basic and i can ear fine but my friends keep telling me they don’t hear me well. Thanks
Hey Jeremie, I'm afraid it's due to the design issue. The Redmi AirDots has its microphones pointed away from the wearer's mouth, so it's difficult for the microphones to pick up the user's voice.
Once I pair it with my phone, will it connect automatically with my phone, when i open lid and the Bluetooth, or do I have to press and keep holding the buttons every time?
I have problem. It plays just on one air dot (I can change at what air dot it Will play) but i want it to play on both airdots, please Tell me how to do it :(
Redmi Airdots can be played by both pair together right? I just bought mine but i cant get it sync or played for both ears. Its either Right or Left. Not together. Appreciate if you can assist me on this sir?
Just got them yesterday. Works well, just the case red led will not turn off after many hours of charging. What can be the cause and what can I do? Thanks
Honestly, I don't even believe the red LED most of the time now lol. The red LED seems to light up even when the battery level is at 99% - which is technically as good as full, but the LED just refuses to turn off. So I'd say charge it about 3 hours and you're already at maximum anyway.
Got mine today. To compensate the inability to skip music, ask google assistant to do so by saying "Next". Other than that this buds will be my best buds 😁
Hi, Need Help. Just bought Redmi Airdots but I do not have any charger with 500mA output. How do I charge it? Will my regular 10W (5v2a) charger be fine for it?
When i press the button or when i pair the earbuds it makes a really loud sound which hurts my ear every time. Can i fix it or should i just let it make me deaf?
Hi, I charged my charging box for like more than 10 hours and the red light is still there, is there a problem? I used the cable that included in the mi power bank one. Did I used the wrong cable or any problem?
I don't think there's an issue. The charging box is rather weird since the LED goes blank only when the battery is 100%. Even if the battery is at 99%, it stays red. So I'd say no problem.

thanks brother, your tips helps a lot.. preciate.
Glad to be able to help bro
Hi dude how are you doing? I have a doubt. I just bought these ones but I hear a kind of noise called white noise but I do not know if this problem is present in all redmi airdots or it is a problem only in my airdots. I would appreciate your response. Thank you!
Hey there my dude - thanks for the comment!
I have seen a few other comments saying the same thing.
I think the first step is to check if you got the real or fake ones. You can refer to this link and see which one you have: nasilemaktech.com/fake-redmi-airdots-mi-true-wireless-earbuds-basic/
If you do have the real one, then I think it's defective.
Thanks for your video, now I made it pair. Before I was struggle with pairing.
Hi, Thanks for the video. Does it has noise cancellation? Can someone please suggest if we can listen to a call in a noisy environment or if our voice hears properly on the other side? Thanks
Thank you, you save my life
I have a quick question, I usually only use one side of the earbuds. After usage, I put it back in the charging case but the red light doesnt turn on. I have to take both sides out, let it do the sync, put it back and the red light shows. Does that mean it wasnt charging at first?
Probably yes, it wasn't charging at first. The red LED indicates that it's charging when you put the buds inside.
Im watching this video with these earbuds in my ears and i can tell ya...
They are really good! :)
I'm glad you love them!
How about its noise cancelling feature? Is it good too?
@@benz_adam the noise cancelling is okay. For the price of €40 in my country are these buds really good imo. The expensive one from Galaxy itself could be better but you have to ask yourself.. do you want to purchase over the €100 for earbuds? if you can buy a pair of 40 wich are also really good. I have no regret that i bought these earbuds.
There is no active noise cancelling for the Redmi AirDots. There is only passive noise isolation - which I think is pretty okay.
Thanks for the video. Is pairing and reset instruction applicable to Mi True Wireless Earbuds as well?
Yea, they're both the same thing but with different name.
my dad is gonna buy it for me :0
Theyre really good for the price.
I’m using the air dots to watch this lol
Are they good?
@@tve9060 yea they fit right into my ears and they really comfortable good sound and good noise cancelling
@@goose3941 what about call quality through mic
@TVe the mic is a tiny bit weak but it works fine enough
thanks for video. what is the best way to charge the airdots case? computer usb or fast charger 2A adaptor?
That's a great question!
Honestly, for the Redmi AirDots, it doesn't matter. The AirDots can only take in a maximum of 5V 500mA.
lol... I am watching this while wearing airdots and the audio is literally bouncing back and forth from the left ear to the right
same experience, the quality of these wireless earbuds is below mediocre lmao
Hi, Thanks for the video. How is the quality of the mic?
Not that good. They're pointing perpendicularly from the wearer's ear, and you need to be at a quiet place to use the microphone.
Thank you so much for this tutorial about factory reset
Glad to help!
while playing game turn on mic ? both earbuds working or only 1 is working ?
Thank you
Good English!!
GOOD FOR GAMERS 🎮 🎧🤘
I use this for playing PUBG MOBILE, there is no sound delay or any types of latency while playing PUBG MOBILE. I recommend this bcz I tried many of bluetooth earphones or eardots but this is the perfect one at this price 👍 Redmi AirDots ❤️
I purchased this at PHP 624/- ☺️
from Xiaomi Official Store in Shopee 😍
Fuh.. Tq on detail guide. I even accidentally followed to shake head when he shake his head
Thnx for the video. I have an issue. In my ipad blutooth shows Right side and Left side separately. I tried factory resetting many times but still the same. How can i pair both at once?
Can't. This is an inherent issue for the Redmi AirDots.
Cradle?
I'd call it the box
Better is 'case'
Hi, hey I can't seem to make the microphone to work!! Maybe Im being dumb but I thought it was possible to talk through this airdots, but now I have to have the phone near my mouth to make clear recordings or calls... Am I missing something???
No, you're not missing anything. The AirDots is supposed to be a microphone for calls after pairing it via Bluetooth. May I know what phone you are using and also what is your calling method (eg Facebook call, etc)
@@NasiLemakTech its a Samsung A7 and I wanted to record video with a good audio independently of my movements whit the camera still in a tripod. My regular call method is the normal phone call. But i don't use these headphones for calls, just wantes the audios so they are useless to me now. I wish I knew this before.
@@sfebanista Oh if you're talking about that. The problem with true wireless earbuds is mostly used only for calls, not for microphone input for video recording.
@@NasiLemakTech But can that be d0ne with higher price earbuds like the samsungs ?
@@sfebanista As far as we've tried now, no. Things might change, though.
Watching this using the airdots
Is there any lag on sound while you watch something?
Can the case charge the earbuds if it's not plug in to electricity
Yes, put it back into the case and the case will charge the earbuds.
You were the only one whose tutorial helps.
Thanks a bunch! 🙏
Really appreciate the comments
Sir can i use both of them because only one pair is oly connecting yo my phone is there a way to use them both?
Hi, are they comfortable to wear during exercise? Do they stay well enough as they are supposed to?
Nope. It doesn't stay in if you're running or jogging.
@@NasiLemakTech thank you for the response.
Glad to help!
Hi,
I am really exited to buy these earbuds. i am just not sure if they work on my galaxy note 5, android 7.0 version. can you help me please?
Yes it works!
@@NasiLemakTech thanks a lot! i am subbing now
Hey there bro ,can I use 1 of the ear pods and leave the other one in the box.
Will that work or will the other one inside the box run out of battery
That's a great question. You can use it one-sided but only for the right side.
i got a pair of them on saturday after losing 1 of my old bluetooth headphones (im still sad. 😔) and because i didnt actually need to press down harder on the old ones i didnt realize you had to actually press down and this video just saved my life lmao. 😭 i thought they were too quiet but i somehow increased the sound after lots of pressing lol.
Hiii, I have a question. When I put the airdots in the box, they show a red light. I think they are charging. But is it safe to charge them after using them every time? If they are not charging, what can I do?
Yea, it's safe to leave it inside the box when you're not using it. Once the charging is complete, it'll automatically stop charging.
I just got my airdots and i have a question: When I'm watching a video and I pause it for like 5 seconds the airdots disconnect from my laptop automaticly and if I press play again the audio will play outloud if I don't reconnect them, is there any way to fix this?
I think there's an issue with them. I have mine for 3 months now and never had this.
Hloo
Mr. Nasi Lemak Hope you doing well. I bought airdots pair it has not working because it's not connecting my phone, my mobile model number is ( Vivo 1907),If you told in the video long press button but there is not working button please give me a suggestion for the issue.....
Try performing a factory reset first?
I have mi true wireless eb basic 2. I am not able to connect both to my mobile Bluetooth simultaneously. It can only connect one of them only. Please suggest.
can i ask, does the airdots will have any effect for overcharging? because i read somewhere that there a warning about not to overcharge or it will break
So far, no. Overcharging happens if you charge it for... let's say weeks and months.
@@NasiLemakTech thanks for the quick response...it very helpful
Got problem of connectivity on my Airdots. It is not an auto paired device. Need to setup one, than the other. Got a mind of it's own and got frustrated of not pairing but work on one piece. When I bought the Haylou GT1. The Airdots then works without problem and auto paired effortlessly. Now my Haylou GT1 gives me problem same as Airdots. Need to reset everytime to work as pair. Airdots sound louder but bass is weak. The GT1 is compact in everything.
I'm waiting for my Soundpeats True Capsule to arrive and also to get 1MORE Stylish TWS. My hobby now !
Thank you for the amazingly clear explanation of the us of the AirPods ... just got one myself ... wondering if you can tell me if I need to charge it for a certain number of hours for first use.
No, there is no need for charging for a certain number of hours for first use since we are using lithium-based batteries now and not nickel-cadmium.
NasiLemakTech thank you. That helps a lot to know. Does the air dots also have a tendency to re connect to the device while it's in the cradle once it's fully charged? Mine does. Thought that was weird. No big deal though. Pretty happy with it. Thanks again for the video.
That could happen due to aggressive jostling inside the bag. I had that happened to me too. And you're welcome, we try to help everyone 😁
May I ask how is this compared to the Soundpeats Trueshift 2 ? thanks
Thanks for ur response and suggestion...god bless 😊
Great video ! Any advice for hand-free use ? I bought these earbuds basic and i can ear fine but my friends keep telling me they don’t hear me well. Thanks
Hey Jeremie, I'm afraid it's due to the design issue. The Redmi AirDots has its microphones pointed away from the wearer's mouth, so it's difficult for the microphones to pick up the user's voice.
I am not pretty sure but how can I pair both of the airdots so I can have a better listening experience
Once I pair it with my phone, will it connect automatically with my phone, when i open lid and the Bluetooth, or do I have to press and keep holding the buttons every time?
Once you paired it, it will automatically connect when you take it out of the case.
@@NasiLemakTech thanks alot!
And that auto pairing process is pretty fast
hi, hello dude f9 tws vs mi redmi airpods which is better and which one I buy?
Great and informative review! Honest and detailed. Keep up the great work buddy:)
I have problem. It plays just on one air dot (I can change at what air dot it Will play) but i want it to play on both airdots, please Tell me how to do it :(
How do you charge the case? Can you charge it with your phone charger and plug it into the wall or do you connect the micro usb onto a laptop?
Either way is fine.
@@NasiLemakTech but isn't the phone charger going to overpower the case or something like that, because it is fast charging?!
Ah, that's a good question. Short answer is no, the Redmi AirDots can only receive 5V 500mA max, and the charger will adapt.
@@NasiLemakTech Oh ok man thank you so much for your time, I just bought ones and I was wondering about this. Thank you!
You're welcome! Glad to help!
Redmi Airdots can be played by both pair together right? I just bought mine but i cant get it sync or played for both ears. Its either Right or Left. Not together. Appreciate if you can assist me on this sir?
I'll gladly assist you. Did you pair to the left or right side?
@@NasiLemakTech Tried both..
Try doing a factory reset as shown in the video. Then pair again to the "_R" side?
erwan edar I’m having the same problem... What should I do?
Many thanks..
That's a brilliant way to go around that issue 😂
I just bought one but can u change them with out putting them in the power socket,I mean does this case have a charging mode/battery ?
Yes, you can charge the earbuds with the case. The case has an internal battery and functions as a charger for the earbuds.
Hi,
Need Help.
Just bought Redmi Airdots but I do not have any charger with 500mA output.
How do I charge it?
Will my regular 10W (5v2a) charger be fine for it?
Yes, you can charge it with any chargers. It will limit the current to 500mA.
@@NasiLemakTech My eardots are not getting charged
@@NasiLemakTech Can you please help me
Make sure you remove the blue plastic film behind each earbud.
Can we use it in the gym. Please tell me whether they stay in the ear or they fall out of your ear.
Really depends on your ears. There are no hooks on the earbuds, so I'd say they'll fall off eventually.
Is the sound detailed, is it good for rock music for instance
Not really. I recommend getting something more high-end for more detailed sound. This one is good for its price, but it's not magical.
Very helpful. Just got my airdots. No problem with pairing
NasiLemakTech Thank you sooo much.
Glad to help!
