The good news is, how rissa feels now means he’s just about ready and your body is preparing for it. She’s so lucky to have a gentleman like Quan. I had my baby 7 months ago and was pretty much by myself during my pregnancy.

Rissa I was always burning up during my last weeks of being pregnant and it was November in upstate NY. I would literally go outside with no jacket on. But the end is near ❤️❤️❤️ so happy you both shared this whole journey with us. Pregnancy is a beautiful thing and you both made it look even more precious. Can’t wait for baby boy 🎉
To be honest, I have 3 kids. I did the same thing as you with all three pregnancies. My hormones changed back after my first 2. HOWEVER, my hormones changed after my 3rd child and never went back the same. Not trying to scare you. Just telling you my experience. No matter what happens, you both will be great parents forever and always!!

The fatigue, swelling and hotness are some of ailments of pregnancy, just make sure you are staying hydrated and in cool spaces and avoid overheating. 💙

Delivery can be one of the most painful things a woman goes through but once you hold your baby for the first time all you are left with is pure love and joy and your willing to do it again and again. So excited for you both. 💕
I know how it feels I been through this three times and now my baby is 5 months old can’t believe I did all three of my pregnancy unmediated no epidural labor contractions ain’t no joke it’s so true after you birth your baby you want to do it all over again because you forgot the pain us woman are strong we through the most pain which is labor and delivery and the recovery part.
Rissa looks so flawless and Quan is so amazing. I can’t wait until he’s here and we get to hear his name.
I’m currently 31 weeks and I feel the same honestly this my second pregnancy is just messing up my entire body but I thank God baby is healthy and well…we will get through this girl😊💕❤️
I was hot and sweaty my whole pregnancy. 😩 It took awhile to regulate because your hormones take a long time to go back to normal after birth. Especially if you're breastfeeding. I started feeling less hot 🔥 when my son was about 4-5 months old. I'm sure it's different for everyone ❤

First of all, I've been following and supporting yall for a very long time and seeing yall going through this pregnancy (knowing how much yall wanted this baby) makes me so very happy. As far the being hot all the time, that's super normal. On top of the hormones, you are also carrying all the extra weight from being pregnant. Id like to say you will go back to normal all the way, but every woman is different. As for myself, I still stay hot constantly. Praying for a safe delivery. Much love! 😍😍😍

I went through the extreme body heat thing when I was pregnant both times too Rissa. I used to be in my bra and shorts at home most days😄 ...but you would get a release and be back to normal when the baby is born 😄. The changes our bodies go through carrying these little ones. Just hold on a little while longer🥰

However, I had my baby girl almost a year ago and my hormones are still regulating but I am also still breastfeeding and I’m on birth control. But there are times when I still have hot flashes. But it is not as bad like when I was pregnant. Blessings and safe delivery.

It's definitely your hormones. Whether or not your buddy goes back to being cold again is a toss up because each baby/pregnancy is unique and affects the body uniquely too. My feet use to be swollen when I was pregnant too.what helped the swollen to go down a bit was to raise it when I sit.so u can put your feet on something to lift ur legs up a bit
