1. Europe resumed LNG supply with Russia.
2. Unskilled Immigrants reqd to run Small and medium scale industries. Currently these products from China are imported.Labor at working level are illegal immigrants. They are leaving. Many industries, gas stations, super markets, health workers , workers in essential service sectors like Milk etc are going to be scarce resource.
Retrospective taxing by Europe as carbon tax, by China and India exploring saffran engines is worrying aspect.
3. Dollar is in short supply. That's why dollar exchange rates are favouring US. This wont last long. This is temprary gimmick.
4. Congress did not approve some decisions. Some decisions are againt constituitional amendment.
Retailers in our country may fall for FII tactics. If FII continue to sell for a month more, retialiers get panicked which is what FII's are waiting for. Which means the day retialers in India fall into trap, that day onwards FII will start pumping in money. Even now retialers are causing bigger damage than FII's.
We should not sell out of panick. India has already become 3rd largets econimy with Germany and China going down. Japan is already down. Hence wait patiently .
For immediate investment as you correctly said Large cap are valued better now.
One should wait to invest in Mid and small cap.
