The texture floors are test areas that most games have at one point or another. They are just used tim simulate and test what walking on/shooting/compressing/decompressing(The stretched textures) the textures or materials would or should do in the game without having to seek each texture out individualy. It seems that most of it has been deleted but this little portion was left over under the map.

There is an easier way to do this. 1: Super jump from a tower (or a building). 2: Use Death From Above and Crash into the sea. (you may need the Nuke upgrade for this.) 3: As you are falling, get a void via vehicle delivery.

I think it's like $50 on PC. I bought it for PS3, but I want to mess with mods later on, so I'm getting it for PC eventually too. The best thing to do is to wait for it to go on sale on Steam during their Winter sale in December. I actually only found out about your vids recently, I really enjoy glitch vids. A cool little trick with this glitch is if you fly directly under the destroyed penthouse and keep descending you will end up over the ship once there you can use telekinesis to toss your gang around :P
I noticed that during the final mission set, after the first one, you have fighting control in the ship and can grab some homies, then you can break their necks :D

I found the ship you go to when you exit the simulation and flippy I found a video like this that was over 1 or 2 weeks old. Another easy way to do this is just go inside the syndicate tower by opening the door (I think you need to beat the main levels in the game) then go to hub, phone, car delivery and get any helicopter, and there you go you are under the map.

This Will work with the V-Tol too but its likely that you'll crash it into a bridge any other flying vehicle will spawn you above the ground and out of the glitch

If you fly the salem to where the old Saints HQ was you'll arrive at the space crib, use the salems jet function under the ship and you can enter the spaceship WITH superpowers, guns and every homie inside can be called to follow you, how ever, there is NO way of getting out since the game thinks you are in steelport, the chair to enter the simulation is shut down. You can actually call any homie you want and they spawn inside the ship.I took a picture with ALL 3 SHAUNDI'S and 2 kenzie's! :D
Easier way to do it, do the same by jumping into the underworld of steelport through the 'zin tower' the whilst you are there just call in a ship and u can then fly under steelport

during the mission where you free benjiman mtherfucking king from his simulation when you get to the church instead killing vice kings out front walk in and tonya will be in there but she wont run away but she will just stand there so your free to hit her with anything you like but you will have to restart the mission if you want to proceed

Guys i have randomly found a way how to give weapons camos to weapons that they are not made for. For instance give the waffle cone camo (normal rpg) on the potato gun. You can use a friend or get aliens after you (multiplayer is easier) To get the waffle cone on the potato gun equip the normal rpg with the waffle cone camo then go down to potato gun but do not equip it. Let someone shoot you, then go back into the menu equip a different weapon in the rpg slot then equip the rpg again.
Yep Flippy, if you still didn't find out how to fix the game, you probably have to buy a new copy. I had a game breaking glitch at my Need for Speed Most Wanted copy before. (I stuck at the loading screen.) Then I bought a new copy and it worked. So where did you bought this copy? Maybe you can get your money back. (At least :P )
Flippy found a glitch in saints row 4. I did this glitch by going inside friendly fire then calling the mech suit to have the mech suit machine gun and rockets but no bulky figure so you can use super Sprint and super jump.

Do any of your friends have an Xbox? If so, try it on there; at least then you'll know if the problem is with your Xbox or the game. Also, have you tried deleting your save data and clearing your hard drive cache? No idea if that'll work but it's worth a try.

hey flippy i noticed that if you fly out of steelport it gliches you out and takes you to zinyaks throne on the last mission i dont know if it works on every xbox coz it did not work on my xbox elite but it worked on my xbox slim but pleast try this and if you need help just contact me

To get inside the room, go under it and go up until your head pops up (this only works with Salem) and press y and you will get sucked up

Flippy is it possible to get cyrus temple's vtol during Kinzie's loyalty mission? By using telekinesis to bring it on ground level then hijacking it?

You can get to the ship (the one outside the simulation) search it on RUclips to get its location
You dont need this if you try to nuke the water (death from above) from a high enough place you glitch under the map!
