It has a chance to roll a special effect that allows it to shoot two extra rounds at once when you hipfire. Meaning you can shoot three projectiles at the same time, significantly increasing your crit chance and crit damage
@@phobiahavoc For sure, if you don't see it at first, just hit a quicksave and keep reloading till you want your desired gun. The "fire 2 extra rounds" melts! Sadly, the effect does not work on this gun when ADS, however it does on the omaha :))

Random encounters with cyberpsychos as a kind of miniboss would be nice in my opinion too. There is content missing after you reached level 50.
Well, if I were to hazard a guess then I'd say that Phantom Liberty and 1.7 will take place at the end of the game. Also projekt red has said they want to add newgame+ but aren't sure if they'll have the time or resources to do so in the last major update coming with 1.7.
Small tip I found over on the Cyberpunk wiki: *DR-12 Quasar - Crafting Spec automatically learned upon reaching Crafting level 12* So if you're busy levelling your crafting; then you won't need to buy the recipe or rely on RNGesus as the crafting spec will apparently come to you automatically. 🙂
My favorite weapon in the game is the Widowmaker. It's a tech gun that's basically a shotgun with a tight spread and a high rate of fire. It has all the benefits of being a tech gun, and it has awesome headshot and critical damage with secondary effects that do hundreds more damage over time so all you have to do is get them down to very low health and let them bleed out while you reload and/or get to cover to engage the next target. You get it pretty early in the game, and all you have to do is keep upgrading it and you never have to get another gun for the rest of the game. My first playthrough I used it for 3/4 of the game and never once had any problem taking down any bad guy. Plus, the multiple rounds at once shotgun effect is so much fun.
I'm using the Quasar with 20 Reflex and 20 Tech and it's easily become my new favorite pistol, maybe even fav weapon period. I was very comfortable with Comrades Hammer for a while but the Quasar end up replacing it. It's not just super powerful but very fun. The most satisfying way to get multiple kills is during Sandevistan and killing 1 shot head kills, aiming and timing each shot after the next within the charge release. I once got up to 6 clean one head shot kills in a row with the Quasar lol
In case anyone wants to know, I found a DR12 Quasar in an empty covered lot with spot lights. It was in a cache of items that included a funky colored power shotgun just south (across the street) from the location of Dirty Fred's Stash.
I suggest you check out the gun Comrade's Hammer , basically a one shot handgun capable of dealing 400,000 to 500,000 damage per shot , literally causing several enemies to explode at the same time.
I'm sold! My first playthrough was heavy on the stealth, with a sword for backup, and I was looking for a gun orientated build. I will be using this on my next playthrough. Subbed.
Brother I just came across your page as I’m playing CP2077 for the first time. You are now my favourite RUclipsr. You’re absolutely hilarious and informed. These videos are gold. 😭😂
And all of this, yet not even adding the extra sauce that is good ol Sandy to make this run even more exquisite. Been running the Netrunner build during my last couple of runs. Will definitely give this build a go. Well done good sir, well done
A great video, I'm new to Cyberpunk and already watched a couple videos from you, I just noticed ur Subs and I'm surprised - Your videos are great to watch and are well edited, you deffo deserve man! Thank you for the videos btw, they will make it easier for braindeads like me to learn the game ♥
Thank you for the kind words! I plan to show a lot of cool stuff from a variety of games, but Cyberpunk is definitely one I will be coming back to regularly.
This is so funny, found this years ago myself. I went with tech build as my first because it allowed me to bypass high threat enemies getting first shots by booming them through walls. It is amazing gun and lay waste.
You should try a Ricochet build. Forgot the update but they buffed Ricochet by a lot, so now it’s the most OP build. You can kill Adam Smasher in seconds on Very hard with the right build.
@@phobiahavoc for AR’s moron labe since it has a chance to dismember, for smgs, problem solver or pulsar with the “ricochet engine” roll, for pistols: death and taxes with kongou being a very close second. I currently have 0 points into handguns on my ricochet build and can effectively one shot max tac for 24k damage with death and taxes. Even without cold blood active I can one shot all regular enemies. These are the best ricochet weapons that I’ve found from around 70 hours of playing only ricochet. Haven’t tested the doom doom yet since I forgot how to get it lol
And for snipers, the breakthrough is disgusting for ricochet. It can pierce and ricochet MULTIPLE times. I’ve sniped enemies before and their chooms around the corner will also die from the same bullet, it’s ridiculous. For shotguns, probably the sovereign but I haven’t tested to see if ricochet engine can roll on shotguns
@@phobiahavoc my suggestion is The Buzzsaw SMG that’s the iconic crafting spec you get for an Organized Crime. It’s the best in my opinion cos it has the tech weapon ability to shoot through walls and ricochet. It’s bugged so some ground textures won’t ricochet, hopefully they fix it but I’d say get Fenrir as a back up. And make sure to hunt for Epic/legendary muzzle brakes cos some can increase Ricochet damage by 250%
Fun fact: An in-game TV program reviews the gun as a product. Some details include: -Its made of cheap plastc. -Has a surprisingly comfortable grip. -Uses birdshot as ammo that is electromagnetically accelerated. -Short battery life. Original case comes with 5 spare batteries. I could have some facts wrong but thats what I remember from that TV show.
I saw an insane glitch like the one you mentioned around 6:50 in my game. Instead of having black rectangles sticking out of his torso it was a giant cigarette cone
uhhh... you can just find it doing the gig no fixers. requires a pretty high level tho, but since you're spending a lot of time upgrading anyway, might as well wait a little. gotta save before grabbing it, to reload and get the best option
Yeah I like the Senkoh or whtv if you wanna try and SMG. There's no Legendary version (only via console commands on PC) but you don't really need it. You can buy it early as well. Basically the same thing as the Quasar but it uses Rifle perks and shoots a little faster. Definitely worth using both just to get some perk points early on, unless you really want to get Handun or Rifle to 20 by endgame, then you shouldn't use anything else at all.
Untrue, I farmed one off of the gig occupational hazard, where you have to kill the mean lady. Do keep in mind you need to be higher level, preferably 50 for the legendary and the highest DPS. Also, the loot pool for this drop is ridiculous cause it has a chance to drop ALL guns. I saw a legendary kyuubi, a legendary satara, and a legendary kappa drop for the first time. I just reloaded my save cause I really wanted the senkoh. Obviously just quick save before going into the fight so you can save scum. Tried farming for this gun for three hours on my character i made during 1.6 and no luck. However my new character I made after 1.61 got the legendary senkoh in two tries lol. Hope this helps!
If not, you can just go into Jinguji, open up the shop, back out and let it autosave. Load up the autosave and the epic jinguji will always have the “reduces charge time by 50%” roll. Good luck choom! I’m on console btw.
This gun is always in that Cyberpsycho Gig from Regina in the Southeast of Watson. It's right next to your apartment and you don't have to fight anyone if you pick the right dialog choices so this is the ideal way to get the gun. It's sitting on a countertop there.
Until this video I never gave that pistol any attention and then decided to try it out. I changed the percs in an excisting build and had so much fun with it. I spent 16 points in reflexes, 18 in tech and 20 in cool and with this combination you can get the bonus of cold blood together with the crazy feature that you can shoot through cover and even the walls or the floors of a building. It's absolute broken when you got a ping on your enemies and can see their excact positions. If you use a powerweapon as a secondary you can get the bonus of ricochet bullets too (which is absolut broken). And these bullets get even more powerful because you can spec into ricochet bullets in the techtree. It's so much fun to combine these different types of weapons.
It seems like most weapons feel kinda so-so if you haven't invested for them but become enormously fun when you properly spec for them. I had used the Burya and Satora a lot before but never had invested much in those trees. I wonder how I credible they would be fully specced. I think I may do a full body/reflex/tech run.
I think you're right. All of them can be fun and powerful. The Quasar just hit the combination of usability and power for me. It's nice how many valid options the game has for builds and guns.
Very nice. I expect since they added all these new guns there is a lot more variety as well. My current run is doing a lot with the Masamune with a body focus richochet build. I have been planning to take the time to more seriously play with all of the different guns which I largely ignore, and I think the body/reflex/tech combo will be fertile ground for testing them all more freely, quasar included. My biggest tech investments have been with a throwing knife build and a netrunner build, both of which maxed cool, so I never got to buff my guns like possible with them beyond the tech tree.
Sorry about that. I updated the discord link so it should be working now. It was the same playthrough but I played through the game saving at different key points (Oda, Sasquatch, ending, etc.) and reloaded those saves to film the fights after the playthrough. So it was the same playthrough but my original run (which is where the save for the Smasher fight came from) was one where I spared Oda. Hope that clears it up.
Tech Weapons mixed with tech perks and gun perks in general are OP. Why use anything else when you can ping everybody and just shoot through walls. Of course I always mix it up, some encounters and missions I do with Power Weapons, others with Tech Weapons, then I go with the Smart Weapons and finally at the end I go crazy with Sandevistan and Swords.
There is one more gun. Comrades hammer. Get a quaint 4 sandy. Get crafting to 18. Cool down would 2-3sec depending on implants. Get revolver and full charge related skills.
I had a build with Tech - 18 and used the Legendary Feedback Circuit. I had the perks Gun Whisperer and both ranks of Up to 11 . When I shot a fully charged Satara into a gonk it would fully restore my health - whether they were alive or not. I wonder if that works with your favorite pistol ?
I find the upgraded Comrade Cannon better, using a pretty similar build plus using multiple Neon Arrow mods for the quick reload. Since it's a one shot (then reload) revolver, every shot you fire is the last shot fired, so it always gets the extra damage from Grand Finale plus all of the revolver and tech weapon perks. It. slaps.
eliminate vertical recoil is still in the game, was never a mod though. it's a weapon perk that can roll on epic/legendary. i don't know if the quasar can roll that perk but it's worth finding out with some save scum crafting. i see it most often in the wild on an ajax but recently found a carnage with it.
@@phobiahavoc i think, if i'm remembering correctly, countermass used to have a hip-fire only qualifier on it. i think i remember a situation when the game launched where i had a weapon with the perk and put the mod on so it had only vertical recoil on hip-fire and only horizontal recoil with aiming. might have been a fever dream though...
150hrs in on my first playthrough and i've never seen that on any gun, are you sure? Can you get it with crafting? Because I would love an Ajax with less recoil.
@@Dan-zi4 yep, 100%. not exactly sure if perks can roll on crafted gear, though. but yeah, if you ever find a weapon with the "eliminates vertical recoil while aiming" perk and you slap a counterweigh mod on it, it will have 0 recoil while aiming

This build is fucking savage lol My first playthru was a build HEAVY into blades and handguns with cold blood.. Literally any junk knife i picked up was LETHAL. I swear to God I stabbed up smasher in like 2 minutes. This revolver build is even more unfair because now I don't have to dance around in melee range 🤣
Thanks boss great review. Can not count how many smart ass remarks you made that made me smile and laugh. My wife thought I was having a stroke. Great job boss.
You should try out the comrades hammer, takes a little longer to get it, but it's absolutely ridiculous, especially with a sandevistan to negate it's annoying reload, It still is a charge weapon, but on top of all the perks you had there you can benefit from the 50% base damage increase for the last bullet (as it only has 1 bullet)
@@phobiahavoc i recommend either using it with ping and staying behind cover the entire time or using it with the QuianT Mk4 with heatsinks, as you will kill everything with one shot, but the reload after each can stop you from taking out crowds otherwise
I stacked 3 neon arrow mods on a legendary one, got a chest piece with -15% reload time and then the 3 points into handgun recoil reduction in the reflexes tree. It's basically semi-auto now

Near to NID East fast travel, there's a Scav party around a pick up truck, behind that a group of 3 Maelstrom gangers, they drop the Quasar routinely up to Epic level. But you're missing the absolutely devastating Satara tech shotgun... Right from level 1 it is ridiculously OP
@@jamesstephenson4544 NID East is Northern Industrial District East Basically the area just to the south east of the All Foods factory. There is a NID East fast travel terminal to make things simpler. From NID East terminal you can run a loop that has a minimum of 25 Gangers (mostly Maelstrom)
I can easily hit 30k minimum with headshots even without cold blood active. Sometimes can pass the 40k mark as well. Bit overkill but yeah comrade’s hammer still hits different
There is a mod that makes the gunplay of the game really brutal. It removes the bullet sponge-ness of enemies in general, levels of guns don't mean shit but stats and enemies die by a few shots...YOU as well. I've been trying to get that mod added to my CP2077 gameplay but by the time I was doing it, the 1.7 update came in and all my mods broke on me :( since I did it all manually I'd have to do them all over again but I digress, It's called the Realistic Damage mod and from gameplay I've seen with people on it, the game looks even more fun than it already is
agreed, still too easy on "very hard" i use "Level scaling and balance" to adjust damage sliders (incoming and outgoing) as well as scaling every enemy to 3-6 levels above me. Also "Scissors Difficulty Options" to help spice up combat. End gm V is still pretty OP but getting there is much more challenging/rewarding
well, it's not bad but there are better equipment that works much better like melee weapons combined with a sandevistan or snipers with perks that do area damage, not to mention that there are also team configurations with the cyberdeck that are also much more effective, this configuration is a more curious configuration than useful if we compare it with others that usually make the game seem to be on easy difficulty while on maximum difficulty, Curiously, one that occurred to me and a friend while we were playing was to use laser grenades combined with a sandevistan to deal with bosses, the final result was to see how adam smasher died in less than 15 seconds, all you have to do is clone a few laser grenades, get a sandevistan that lasts at least 10 seconds and slows the time to at least 35% and throw those grenades at the target as fast as you can without stopping, and it'll be over before you know it The boss will already be dead because each grenade does its own individual damage and since each grenade does damage quickly the amount of critical hits is extremely high so any enemy dies before you can recharge any abilities. I won't lie to do that strategy until it feels like cheating because of how easy it becomes to fight bosses ah and if the boss uses his sandevistan he will continue to receive damage due to the unprecedented amount of attacks he receives in the 4 seconds that the grenade lasts, these will also be they stay put in the stands because the damage stuns them and hits their weak points and if they are sandevistan users they get in a loop of trying to dodge the grenades when they are still doing damage
shortly after launch I had a Comrade's Hammer that would do around 20K dmg for a non-crit headshot with a the handgun tech tree maxed out and not having the ignoring armor perk (its still a tech weapon). I have no idea if they nerfed it or not though.
Do enemy finally have armor in 1.6? I know for a long time that perk did nothing... But I love the way that Cyberpunk has so many builds that can be very powerful. The "aha!" moment for me when I finally understood how hacking works (they really needed to do a better tutorial or introduction to that). Also, I've always loved the tech shotgun, for pretty much the reasons you love the Quasar.
Never noticed the bosses to be bullet-spongy, even on very hard difficulty. I suppose some people have their builds all over the place with no specialization, which leads to bad damage numbers. Pretty much any specialized build I tried, went really well and eventually became OP towards the endgame.
I guess every somewhat thought out build is overpowered. Competent sniping leveling gives auto-headshots for 200k. Fully skilled mantis blades makes Smasher die in seconds and so do proper hacking skills. Being overpowered is the main idea of the game :)
I'm playing on Very Hard (2.0, no DLC), and I can't believe how powerful this gun is! Using a regular Quasar (4+) on its own is more effective than using the Comrade's Hammer (5) with a Sandevistan or the Sovereign (5+) with a Sandevistan. There's no comparison. By the time someone runs up on me, they're dead. The only reason to use other weapons is to level skills. Not sure why he recommended Reflexes. Cool and Tech help, but aren't even necessary. This gun with Kiroshi "Stalker" or "The Oracle" optics is all you need to make Very Hard mode easy, regardless of build.
Honestly try out comrades hammer I'm hitting for 30,000 damage without critical Hits each shot Against smasher you were hitting for 15,000 to 17,000 damage per magazine This build can use comrades hammer to that efficiency because it already has all the necessary perks And since comrades Hammer is a craftable iconic you don't have to upgrade it you can just scrap the old one and craft a new one when the upgrade cost gets too high
A lot of people recommending that. How do you find the fire rate is? To me, they're both very powerful but the Quasar gives me 20 rounds to work with. Especially with the cumulative hit perks, that can be quite effective
@@phobiahavoc well the thing that makes it very good isn't its fire rate It has one shot which means it's damage is doubled every shot I forgot what the perks called but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about However reload time is irrelevant in sandevistan because your body moves at normal speed even if the gun doesn't For example try firing an lmg with a Sandy active versus a double barrel shotgun Reload is sped up relative to the Sandy rate of fire is not This means a build that has high tech and high reflex can get perks to make comrades Hammer deal more damage and use the Sandy as well as craft heat sinks But even without it just comrades hammer on its own in real time is a boss killing machine and one shots everything that isn't a boss Your build is certainly better for just common enemies though because it requires less precision So I see no reason why you can't use both weapons wip out comrades hammer for boss fights And then the quasar for mobs of enemies
that's all fun and games, but I think one shot everyone with the same build only using the Burya still more fun or even maxing damage the Comrade's Hammer with the last bullet deals more damage perk and fast reload with cool perks. Sadly the game scaling is all whack, every build on max level is broken. :D

Okay to make money in this game very easy very early on is simple get a hold of any of your junk material that's $150 then all you need is like at least two or three of them which are double stackables the same thing with your grenades and pretty much all your junk including all your meds and then go find yourself a kiosk and start duplicating really all you have to do is duplicate and within the first half hour of the game you've got a couple million dollars now I there are technically of the $150 items that are in your junk material there are 28 of them in the whole game you can get a good 15 to 18 of them are available in act 1 and all you do is back your car up to it and really do it 120 at a whack in the car and then you basically just go back and forth or 125 in the car and just keep the other ones out of the car and just keep stacking them back and forth and you get up around say 2500 each stashed in your box and you've got yourself about three to four million dollars within the first hour of the game and you haven't done jack s*** I think I'm on an Xbox one I'm on an old gen system and I can rake this game like there's no tomorrow
Another way of making a ton of money or I should say almost an Unlimited crafting capability is once you get the certain materials to craft you can duplicate those things and they all go pretty close to straight 10,000 count so you imagine what you can do with 10,000 legendaries or 10,000 armored parts
dude i punch very hard only on barry hands... i mean, i literally punch almost any kill i did since level 1, i mess some with granade and after rippe off those heave machine gun i killed some with that shit one time... well, i not know how to let it on ground LOL But, you not can only use a gorilla arm to stop recoil for all? if i not wrong, gorilla arms did the entire job already

I'll definitely have to check that one out!
Lizzie Tech Pistol is also a beast ... and it's free.
There's a Lizzie Tech pistol?! I only remember a Lizzie smart pistol but I could be misremembering.
Edit: apparently I was, indeed, misremembering
In case anyone wants to know, I found a DR12 Quasar in an empty covered lot with spot lights. It was in a cache of items that included a funky colored power shotgun just south (across the street) from the location of Dirty Fred's Stash.
I suggest you check out the gun Comrade's Hammer , basically a one shot handgun capable of dealing 400,000 to 500,000 damage per shot , literally causing several enemies to explode at the same time.
Can you make this video again pls on the new update, some icons and skills have changed so could you do it again?
I'm sold! My first playthrough was heavy on the stealth, with a sword for backup, and I was looking for a gun orientated build. I will be using this on my next playthrough. Subbed.
Glad to hear it! Let me know how you like the build!
*Comrades' Hammer has entered the chat*
Try it on the don’t fear the reaper ending and see how it goes, I’m curious
I actually did and there is a video on this channel showing it! Let me know what you think
I kind of doubted you in the beginning, but i ended up really liking this video, keep It up!
Damn nice build never knew this gun was a thing. Keep them coming sir…😮
Actually been wanting to do one of these but haven't found the right gun for it yet. Any suggestions?
For pistols the best options are the death and taxes since it splits bullets in 2, the overture, and V's automatic pistol the dying night
Some details include:
-Its made of cheap plastc.
-Has a surprisingly comfortable grip.
-Uses birdshot as ammo that is electromagnetically accelerated.
-Short battery life. Original case comes with 5 spare batteries.
I could have some facts wrong but thats what I remember from that TV show.
Really? That's pretty cool. I need to pay more attention to those apparently...
I saw an insane glitch like the one you mentioned around 6:50 in my game. Instead of having black rectangles sticking out of his torso it was a giant cigarette cone
HOW do you only have 86 (EIGHTY-SIX) subscribers??? Your editing style and manner of speech are so charming
you've earned another sub today
Thank you so much for the kind words! And welcome to the Hangout!
Wow! After I finished the story, I found your video! Now I'm going after this gun to finish off the NCPD scanners that are left.
Every time I see Harry the Prophet taking a nap I always scan him to see if he's dead yet.
Earned a new sub, this video was so good man

Ohh fuck i'm gonna c00m
uhhh... you can just find it doing the gig no fixers. requires a pretty high level tho, but since you're spending a lot of time upgrading anyway, might as well wait a little. gotta save before grabbing it, to reload and get the best option
Well done on the video, surprised to see the low number of subscribers at the moment.
Thank you for the kind words!

Cool video. My favorite CP 2077 gun is Lizzy. Such a cool gun to use.
And here I thought my comrade's Hammer and Mox shotgun were insane.
I haven't found a way to use melee and shotguns that works well for me yet. That sounds like a fun combo though! I'll have to give it a shot
@@phobiahavoc My character has a monowire so I switch to that for up close stuff and just watch limb go flying.
I kept expecting him to say, "But wait... there's more..."
It's so much fun to combine these different types of weapons.
bro is the top gooner💯💯💯quality content
Cool vid. Also, w the patches changing everything, newer tutorial data is the way.
how do you find those movie clips like "steady hand" ? :) @12:17
That would be a question for my editor (who is also my brother). Sadly, I'm not much help on that front
Just quick youtube clips...steady hand was from an episode of The Office.
I nicknamed the Quasar style tech revolvers "The Murderizer".
The link to your discord in the description is broken.
quick question, why does Smasher say you spared Oda? Did you use a different save?
This is true. I try different runs/builds but I generally gravitate towards the tech guns because of shooting through cover.
I believe it does and I think I tested it at one point, but don't quote me on that because it has been a while.
It. slaps.
I guess his entire point was to nut use an Iconic
eliminate vertical recoil is still in the game, was never a mod though. it's a weapon perk that can roll on epic/legendary. i don't know if the quasar can roll that perk but it's worth finding out with some save scum crafting. i see it most often in the wild on an ajax but recently found a carnage with it.
I wasn't aware but that's great info! I think countermass used to eliminate all recoil until around 1.5 but I may have my wires crossed there.

This build is fucking savage lol
My first playthru was a build HEAVY into blades and handguns with cold blood..

Glad to hear you enjoyed!
You should try out the comrades hammer, takes a little longer to get it, but it's absolutely ridiculous, especially with a sandevistan to negate it's annoying reload,
It still is a charge weapon, but on top of all the perks you had there you can benefit from the 50% base damage increase for the last bullet (as it only has 1 bullet)
Lots of recommendations for that one. I'll have to give it a try
@@phobiahavoc i recommend either using it with ping and staying behind cover the entire time or using it with the QuianT Mk4 with heatsinks, as you will kill everything with one shot, but the reload after each can stop you from taking out crowds otherwise
Oda is 1 breach 3 QH (apply mass vuln shock burn shock) or if you're built for poison then mass vuln contagion🤷♂️
Str, Ref, and tech with Comrade's Hammer = End of Story lmao
(last round in the clip perk along with the other tech/pistol perks too)
I stacked 3 neon arrow mods on a legendary one, got a chest piece with -15% reload time and then the 3 points into handgun recoil reduction in the reflexes tree. It's basically semi-auto now
A fun looking build, thanks a ton for sharing this, good content, ez sub.

Funny thing is I usually go down the cyberware side of it because in the middle of act 1 I can readily or enact to stand in the middle of the road kill a shitload of people get a four-star warning and really just stand in the middle of the road it's a Pity I can't smoke a cigar while I'm doing it and I pretty much own the entire defense system which means all the cops die before they can even shoot me because every current every robot and everything is at my disposal I turn the city against them did you know that if you keep killing to a certain point doesn't matter if you have a four-star or not the cops will actually give up because you cannot be killed which means you can basically Slaughter the living crap out of the entire game killing civilians after civilians blowing up cars eventually the cops after one or two after I think it's the second or third try they really just walk away and let you and your firefight whenever you want that's because the entire defense system that they have all their technical weapons are useless against you it's funny in act one when I'm going through the heist I will ridically just walk down the hallway not carry and I'll be destroying everybody blowing the cameras up blowing the bad guys up turning the bad guys against each other Jackie can go all the way from the top floor all the way down to the elevator walking next to me not holding his arm like he's been shot or anything it's not till he gets in the elevator for us to go to the parking garage then all of a sudden you see Jackie take damage meaning Jackie is pre-written to take damage to get into that elevator and he's pretty written to die which sucks I wish we could actually get an RPG game and not a script written game cuz cyberpunk is a strip written game meaning a line by line according to whatever which means the player has absolutely no free will cuz it does there is no rpga good luck with the what you call it dlc's coming out but since I'm on Xbox One we've been voided from the so-called DLC package have fun I left my ass off at crashes and it's full of bugs and it's useless
Can I ask what NID East is?
@@jamesstephenson4544 NID East is Northern Industrial District East
Basically the area just to the south east of the All Foods factory. There is a NID East fast travel terminal to make things simpler.
From NID East terminal you can run a loop that has a minimum of 25 Gangers (mostly Maelstrom)
@@jasonm23 Thanks man.
Ironically after watching this video I got a DR-12 replica Gel Shot clip from RUclips Short
Got the Comrade's Hammer on my pistol build and haven't put it down. 18k damage on headshot crits pumps out so much endorphins.
one weapon to the end
I can easily hit 30k minimum with headshots even without cold blood active. Sometimes can pass the 40k mark as well. Bit overkill but yeah comrade’s hammer still hits different
I always passed up this gun in favor of the high damage revolver. Crazy.
I would love a harder than very hard difficulty level.
Ikr? Or a ng+
There is a mod that makes the gunplay of the game really brutal. It removes the bullet sponge-ness of enemies in general, levels of guns don't mean shit but stats and enemies die by a few shots...YOU as well. I've been trying to get that mod added to my CP2077 gameplay but by the time I was doing it, the 1.7 update came in and all my mods broke on me :( since I did it all manually I'd have to do them all over again but I digress, It's called the Realistic Damage mod and from gameplay I've seen with people on it, the game looks even more fun than it already is
agreed, still too easy on "very hard"
i use "Level scaling and balance" to adjust damage sliders (incoming and outgoing) as well as scaling every enemy to 3-6 levels above me. Also "Scissors Difficulty Options" to help spice up combat. End gm V is still pretty OP but getting there is much more challenging/rewarding
Yes make the doom difficulty
well, it's not bad but there are better equipment that works much better like melee weapons combined with a sandevistan or snipers with perks that do area damage, not to mention that there are also team configurations with the cyberdeck that are also much more effective, this configuration is a more curious configuration than useful if we compare it with others that usually make the game seem to be on easy difficulty while on maximum difficulty, Curiously, one that occurred to me and a friend while we were playing was to use laser grenades combined with a sandevistan to deal with bosses, the final result was to see how adam smasher died in less than 15 seconds, all you have to do is clone a few laser grenades, get a sandevistan that lasts at least 10 seconds and slows the time to at least 35% and throw those grenades at the target as fast as you can without stopping, and it'll be over before you know it The boss will already be dead because each grenade does its own individual damage and since each grenade does damage quickly the amount of critical hits is extremely high so any enemy dies before you can recharge any abilities.
This looks like a Path of exile build. so much damage dipping
I wonder how would apparition (tech pistol) do with this build.
shortly after launch I had a Comrade's Hammer that would do around 20K dmg for a non-crit headshot with a the handgun tech tree maxed out and not having the ignoring armor perk (its still a tech weapon). I have no idea if they nerfed it or not though.
The weapon still fucks. However the explosion it used to cause is now nerfed to a much smaller explosion :(
Do enemy finally have armor in 1.6?
That's fair. I've listened to and read a lot of CP reviews and bullet-spongy bosses and cyberpsychos are a common complaint in a lot of them.
Of course I see this video after I break down all the ones I have😁
🤣
Is arm launcher with tranqs still broken?
Funny you ask, because I plan on looking into this for a potential future video. But, as of right now, I'm not sure
I guess every somewhat thought out build is overpowered. Competent sniping leveling gives auto-headshots for 200k. Fully skilled mantis blades makes Smasher die in seconds and so do proper hacking skills. Being overpowered is the main idea of the game :)
I hated when Jackie died. Imagine having Jackie till the end of the game along with Keanu.
I haven't used the gun much since 2.0, but I will definitely have to check it out. It was my go-to before 2.0.
Do do drogs kids...
You would make a great babysitter 😂
Cannot try this because I’ve finished all NCPD and regular missions. That’s the problem in the game - you need a restart.
Honestly try out comrades hammer
I'm hitting for 30,000 damage without critical Hits each shot
Against smasher you were hitting for 15,000 to 17,000 damage per magazine
This build can use comrades hammer to that efficiency because it already has all the necessary perks
And since comrades Hammer is a craftable iconic you don't have to upgrade it you can just scrap the old one and craft a new one when the upgrade cost gets too high
A lot of people recommending that. How do you find the fire rate is? To me, they're both very powerful but the Quasar gives me 20 rounds to work with. Especially with the cumulative hit perks, that can be quite effective
@@phobiahavoc well the thing that makes it very good isn't its fire rate
It has one shot which means it's damage is doubled every shot I forgot what the perks called but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about
However reload time is irrelevant in sandevistan because your body moves at normal speed even if the gun doesn't
For example try firing an lmg with a Sandy active versus a double barrel shotgun
Reload is sped up relative to the Sandy rate of fire is not
This means a build that has high tech and high reflex can get perks to make comrades Hammer deal more damage and use the Sandy as well as craft heat sinks
But even without it just comrades hammer on its own in real time is a boss killing machine and one shots everything that isn't a boss
Your build is certainly better for just common enemies though because it requires less precision
So I see no reason why you can't use both weapons wip out comrades hammer for boss fights
And then the quasar for mobs of enemies
that's all fun and games, but I think one shot everyone with the same build only using the Burya still more fun or even maxing damage the Comrade's Hammer with the last bullet deals more damage perk and fast reload with cool perks. Sadly the game scaling is all whack, every build on max level is broken. :D
The tech smg you can buy an Gucci is also a tech weapon thatt is ok.
I'm curious as to how the smg tree would compare to the handgun tree. I'll have to check it out.
the hidden ending isnt too bad if you got the Malorian 3516
I find the toughest part to the hidden ending on very hard is just how hard the enemy hits. They have the capacity to drop you really quick
"life path" never matters...
There are some ok dialogue options and a few different quest endings it can open up, but it doesn't affect as much as I was hoping.
Senkoh LX is the rifle version. sad you can't get one in legendary unless super lucky

I luv You
Thx for making cyberpunk fun
This game is genuinely frustrating I can’t make a legendary gun even with the legendary perk unlocked
2 weeks later after grinding finally got it you never said what mods to use the 7% mod isn’t enough for the secret mission.
dude your build is very raw... i can push it even more... put a beserk or zerozikov
But cyberpunk 2077 is a really easy game, i mean, i did my first character ends adams in low than 30 with only hacks, and in that time i not know we can buy better rarity hacks or even a better deck, soo, i got only initial deck and hacks from initial time as normal maybe uncommom hacks LOL... after defeating adam i got new deck and some hacks, try again as a piece of cake
Yeah, that's why I said this was the unoptimized version at the end. I showed a few areas it could be massively improved. Wasn't really going for min/maxing in this video but I'd be interested in seeing just how powerful you can make it

I picked hard for my first run through cause I am a gamer why not and yeah your ass can still get smoked fast by some of the weapons from even tiger claw and malestrom punk asses.
@@phobiahavoc I subscribed too good stuff
Good luck on completing your first run! You're playing the same way I did my first run! Thanks for the sub and welcome to the Hangout!
@@phobiahavoc checked my inventory today i had that gun all along just never used it lol. Skippy is my guy, smart guns in general, and shot guns. The knock back is where its at
1. If you are over level any enemies, you do way too much damage. The build do not matter at this point, you gonna win every time. 2. The gun you use got better version of it and so many tech weapon do better like The Widow maker will do more damage then this gun.
DUDE SPOILER WARNING! You showed a cut scene for no real reason as it was not even intractable so had nothing to do with how powerful the build was.
Comrade hammer is the best . This gun is second at best
Leave me and my overpowered Katana alone :(
dude i punch very hard only on barry hands... i mean, i literally punch almost any kill i did since level 1, i mess some with granade and after rippe off those heave machine gun i killed some with that shit one time... well, i not know how to let it on ground LOL
But, you not can only use a gorilla arm to stop recoil for all? if i not wrong, gorilla arms did the entire job already
Man there was just a huge spoiler for me😂😂 I haven't completed this particular ending 😂😂Mann......
I hate bullet sponging for me and the nme i guess i simply look for a true hardcore mod
"The DR-12 Quasar is extremely overpowered"
*laughs in legendary DB-2 Satara with the reload shop glitch for an extra 40% charge bonus*
Also, any thoughts on the new tech SMG? I prefer it, personally. Less damage per shot, but the faster rate of fire and larger ammo pool for assault rifles makes up for it, IMO. Altho, the pistol perks are just vastly superior to the assault tree in literally every way, so idk.
Wait till you try a legendary Senkoh LX
How do you feel the submachine gun tree is in comparison?
@@phobiahavoc there's lots of damage buffs, but it's the fact that it has such high base damage stats. At lvl 50 with 0 capstone perks in all trees, I was doing about 6k for a crit headshot. Add the cold blood and engineering capstone's + a better overall build and you're doing like 15k a shot.
@@phobiahavoc not sure if you mentioned in the video, but you can pair these 2 guns with a legendary feedback circuit and that'll give you 10%HP back per hit so you are also essentially invincible
