newjeans is very special and very famous girlgroup gen 4 in kpop.Their vibe, their aura,fashion, dance style, their song are very different and interesting.Their concept is very different from other girl groups of the same gene. They bring a lot of new and unique things to kpop.From their debut until now they have been called "a breath of fresh air blowing into kpop". Their concept is related to y2k, 80s, 90s. mv always has depth. I recommend the song "omg" it continues the story of "ditto". I'm sure you will get goosebumps when you watch it. and the song "cool with you "(side a, side b)

In this case Heesoo is living in her imagination by staying behind the lense (which represents a modern smartphone) and lives in her fan made world where she & NJs are besties. The boy (her crush) represents The Real World. Thus, her dilemma starts . Does she stay in her comfort Zone with her imaginary Besties or does she put down the Camara and joins the real world and go for the boy. The video begins with an older Heesoo revisiting her Tapes (which are all Blank , only she sees NUs) side 2 ends with Present day Heesoo(older) is slipping back into her imaginary world, which is why the girls reappear at the end. The video is a commentary on the Parasocial relationship between Kpop fans and the Kpop Idols. The next track is OMG , which is the same topic except from the Kpop Idols POV. However, as I wrote in an the last video. Start at the beginning, their 1st EP(4 songs) then go to OMG(it concludes their storyline). They're all connected, it's really cool concept
You are one of the very few reactors ive seen to get this on first viewing nice one lol!! Newjeans Lore involves a LOT of para-social relationship between fans and idols. This is about a lonely girl Ban Hee-soo who creates an imaginary world for herself in which newjeans are her friends.. newjeans only exist through her lens and in her imagination.. she uses this world to cope with her loneliness.. the 'boy' represents her way out and back to the 'real' world as he shows interest in her and can provide what she longs for.. a 'real' freind or even something more. She does realise and its symbolised with her throwing away her camcorder.... she gets with the boy in the end but its bittersweet as at the end of the video when shes older she sinks back to her depression and begins her imaginary world again.. watching white noise on blank videos but in her imagination she sees newjeans again.. the ending throws people off but if you remember earlier on in the video shes doing the same thing and they actually show her watching white noise. OMG is the 3rd part to this but is opposite in how fans effect idols.
