Mam hibiscus flower leaf when eaten with little sugar it cures loose motion we take this when needed
1. I personally dry its flowers,grind them n use in various hair packs.
2. Also I take oil(s) heat slightly and add hibiscus flowers to it till it changes color.keep it for some time and then strain it. Store in container n use it like any regular hair oil. You will definitely feel the difference. I suggest you to give it a try 😊

That was lovely to learn about hibiscus. I acquired 4 different colors today. The one I had earlier is a double petalled variety in a pot and is dormant now. I must compost and prune it soon to get to bloom again. Thanks once again for sharing.

Good Evening Ma'am. I prepared hibiscus tea at home with the flowers. It has an earthy flavor. A very good blood purifier. Take a few petals and a glass of water and bring it to a boil. After one boil, reduce the flame to the lowest and allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes. strain and have it. Add sweetener if you desire but that's optional.

I make. In teapot add few leaves of tulsi+some ginger+2 to3 hibiscus flower+ tea bags or any tea+ hotwater around 4 cups. let it brew and enjoy

U can also make tea with these variety too..boil water add handful of flower leaves without centre part..off gas and let in settle for a minute ..add honey and lemon ..voila it tastes great and has many health benefits

Turn off the stove and add 1spoon of honey 🍯 and few drops of lemon 🍋.

Max 2 se 3 flower ko cup me rakh kr uppar se boiled water daal dijiye.... Thodi der rakh kr flower ko nikal dijiye paani ka colour change ho jaye to aap chaye ki tarah pi saktey hain.... Bas taseer kaafi thandi hoti hai to agar kisi ko problem ho to thodi si kaali morch daal le....
