I ordered this case as soon as it came out and it is amazing. A lot of folks have commented it's big but you know what? The distance between the wing and the ground is big too and I like having a durable case on the flight line in case it takes a tumble. This case is way overkill for a movie watching device but when coupled with the latch it's so easy to install in the aircraft and take out. I opted to go with this case over the 21 as I do use my tablet for note taking when not flying and the folio cover provides faster access. I think pivot did a good job with this case.
So how would this work on the knee board attachment? I’m assuming the cover is removable but then I’d have to store that somewhere? Also, does the backstrap work well while on the knee board attachment? I had to remove mine because it prevented full movement. Would be nice if I was able to leave the hand strap and keep it on my knee board.
Yes the cover is removable, some people like to trim the tail part of the folio cover off so they can have a cover while the case is mounted. The hand strap might still get in the way if you have a knee board with an adapter. The leg strap tends to work better with a hand strap.
While the iPad Mini is designed for portability, our PIVOT cases are built to meet the rigorous demands of aviation, military, and enterprise environments where durability and reliability are non-negotiable. The A35A protects the device while maintaining functionality, ensuring it performs in the toughest conditions. Form follows function for our users’ needs! If you’re looking for something thinner, our T21A Case is a great option. Its versatile 2-piece design provides full functionality when needed, while offering the flexibility of a slim, lightweight profile. The best of both worlds!

Thanks for the kind words and awesome feedback!
This is great.
I wish this was available when I bought the T21A a month ago :(
Will you make a keyboard with the 35A?

Will you be making iPhone 16 Pro cases?
The iPad mini was meant to be mini... I'm sorry but that case is insane.. Maybe it's for iPad kids.
@@trix1139 it’s designed for enterprise applications.
The concept of the iPad mini was thin, ultralight, portable that monstrosity of a case takes away that basic concept and is ugly to boot!!
