- Bannerghatta National Park is a great opportunity for nature lovers to experience nature and wildlife in their natural habitat. It does not ask one to travel too far from the city of Bengaluru and does not require detailed planning either. It is a smorgasbord of attractions such as Jungle safari (Herbivore, Bear, Lion and Tiger Safari), butterfly habitat, a dedicated zoo.
A variety of Mammals, Reptiles and Birds both exotic and Indian origin comprising 1941 animals belonging to 94 species are displayed in captivity.

Going around the zoo is very nice actually. The reptile section is too good. Vipers, pythons, etc..

Hey there. This is one of the finest video on RUclips regards national park. Most often people have negative remarks stating it's not a national park and charged exorbitant fee. Being born and brought in Bangalore. My native home and agricultural lands r behind this national park (ragiihalli fields) . believe me few decades back it was very very difficult even to enter post 5pm outside house. There were plenty of species, animals and plants. Most of time during British times animals were hunted.... Hence,u can hardly see more native species.

It will be the same cost if you want to go on single jeep. Better option is to join with any other existing group or go on bus.

No. Children below 5 years have free entry..

Any month. Better to go morning
Safari don't go totally waste of money and time...butterfly waste.....don't eat anything in hotels....everything is double price for food and drinks 😢

No. Max 6 persons can go in one jeep. So it's for all.

Looked like pretty useless! This is not even a safari, animals enclosed in specific area and people goes around seeing them from car. Seemed like a proper waste of money.
