Artem its been more than 2 years since we last saw you eating. With that amount if dishes you should order extra rice to soak up those gravy...looks super yummy. Do enjoy your food journey around Malaysia. This the first time you can't finish your meal..i think its because its sauce overload on your rice. That nasi kerabu with the blue rice with fresh salad is usually eaten without any sauce except with some simple side dish like fish or chicken. However you can put a bit of gravy. You can see from the banner the original nasi kerabu with chicken as a side. Can't wait for your next video. I guess like you said you lose touch of how to eat Malaysian food.
Thank you very much for watching and the information, lesson learned. 2 years no way lol.. I think 1 year and 5 months since I had my last Ramadan meal in Penang :)
nasi kerabu ada dua jenis satu yg x ada tumis, satu lg makan dengan tumis dia... so ada yg berkuah n ada yg x ada.... susah kalau nk jumpa yg makan dgn tumis dia skrang... biasa kat kedai nasi kerabu tanpa tumis yg dijual

Really amazing 👍how Malaysia cook and serve street food. It noticable how much you miss Malaysia and these wonderful people. I hope some day I will visit Malaysia, nice country. I just really don't like that airport employees ask some turists to show their bank accounts. Everyone must count their own money. Thank you for sharing, good video 🥰

U r literally in my past. I was working with d KLCC project n migrated from d site office to tower 2 of d Petronas twin towers. I used to live in Bandar Baru Sentul, in an apt called Menara Orkid, just beside d UTC. Well, if u remember I told u about my 2nd depression after serving d country in Mumbai for 3 years, lost my job in income from MIDA, n had to let go of my apt. Well, life goes on, no matter what, right.
That lane used to be closed for baazar ramadan during Ramadan, d fasting month, but that was more than 15 years ago, now d pasar malam, open night markets had shifted to a nearby location.
Awesome man ! Welcome to Sentul . Malaysian food is the best. You should try some Indian food namely Masala Thosai , Nasi Briyani ( chicken / mutton ) and Idlis .
yeah... that too flooded bro, too much sauce. indirectly ruining the taste of the Nasi Kerabu. hahaha but its okay, it is called learning process. If it were me, I would eat separately, and slowly enjoy the taste.
Malaysia 🇲🇾 is truly Asia 💚✌️😎 Tip for you.. Malaysian rice you just add up the gravy or sauce little bit gradually not flooded like that, otherwise it will taste more superb til finger licking good 🤩
Wow, got lots of fans. I think not many tourist eat rice menu at a stall by the side of the road, you're eating where locals eat and that's why people were surprised.
Blue rice is kerabu rice, usually eaten with salted egg dishes, fried chicken, grilled chicken/meat. If you want to eat that kind of gravy, white rice is more suitable. However, it looks delicious too.
Finally, been waiting your video, for the meal, its to much gravy..we ate nasi kerabu with side dish with no gravy like fried chicken, fried fish, ayam percik, ikan percik
Nasi banjir but the gravy ("kuah") combination is interesting. Just eat and enjoy the food whichever way you like. Now, people are curious about the taste of daging masak hitam with nasi kerabu or ayam masak merah with nasi kerabu. Good review.
Yes, as a local malay, i concours that you are now officially truly madly deeply 100% malaysian 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪👍👍👍👍 The way you used your hand, are the same skill as us ,” terbaek bro”
Спасибо за прекрасное видео. Конечно, разве можно устоять перед таким разнообразием еды ? Приятно смотреть на тёплые и дружественные отношения к тебе. Мира, удачи, добра ! 👍🇺🇦❤️💙💛
You could also get a lot of Nasi Kerabu in Kelantan located east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. FYI the Nasi Kerabu version in Southern Thailand is different with us here in Malaysia.
Ayoo ma man, glad you're enjoying the adventure! quick tip, if you're food is overflowing, just do away with the plate and just place your paper wraps flat on the table. We do it all the time.
Nasi Kerabu banjir XD. Glad you are enjoying the food. Usually I only add salted egg to my nasi kerabu and that's it. And of course the sambal is a must. Hehe. Banjir = flood / flooded

Wow....a lot of mixed gravy in 1 plate....😁. Even though I am local, my belly cannot stand too much spicy gravy & sambal.....I normally prefer to the dishes in separate small plates so that can taste each of them with the rice more meaningfull.....😁

Haha...Artem got a little carried away after a year+ without Malay food. Now I understood when asked for kuah banjir (floated gravy)on my rice the seller tend not to go overboard with it otherwise it will be like what Artem just showed...."overload sauces turns to soggy soaked rice"
Never shop for food when you are hungry, you tend to over buy and end up not finishing or waste your food. To enjoy your meal best to select 1 or 2 dishes ony. Good to see you enjoy Malaysian food.
I think Queasy is better word for “Muak” haha… but I love it with flooded gravy…many types of special dish have lotsa gravy like Roti Canai Tsunami and so on..
