I recently visited dharmshala.. somebody told me about tulip garden at palampur.. I wish to visit that but it was not part of our plan so possible nahi hua..and many people don't know anything about tulip garden.. agr kisi ko kuch pta ho to please let me know.. will try to cover it some other time
