I know how unnerving it can be when the lights flicker like that and you’re not sure if they’re going to stay on or stay off. Thank goodness for you they came back on and stayed on. As for the curry, I personally would prefer the extra carrots and sweet potatoes to cauliflower, since I don’t like cauliflower. So that sounds like a definite improvement to me!
