📋Aaj morning ka answer-💫 ⏳Origin of constitution during company 1773-1853.💵 They are 4 acts are making- 1.Regulating act of 1773 2.pitt's India act of 1784, 3.Charter act of 1833, 4.Charter act of 1853. 1.REGULATING ACT OF 1773 :- This act the word regulating means the any thing or object they are regulate and control by British got . They are first act so they are known as great constitution act. And established the foundation of central administration of India. First governor general is lord warren hasting. Change governor of Bengal is governor general of Bengal and 1774 supreme court is established in Calcutta, in one chief justice and three judge. 2.PITT'S INDIA ACT OF 1784:- The British prime minister William pitt's they are the improvement of first regulating act in1784 known as pitt's India act, also known as settlement of act. They are difference create b/w political and commercial function of company, court of director managed commercial function and new board of control as political affairs that's means double government established. 3.CHATTER ACT OF 1833:- chatter act are also more established of regulating act, they are finally established centralisation in British India. ⏳Origin of constitution during company 1773-1853.💵
They are 4 acts are making-
1.Regulating act of
1773
2.pitt's India act of 1784,
3.Charter act of 1833,
4.Charter act of 1853.
1.REGULATING ACT OF 1773 :- This act the word regulating means the any thing or object they are regulate and control by British got . They are first act so they are known as great constitution act. And established the foundation of central administration of India. First governor general is lord warren hasting. Change governor of Bengal is governor general of Bengal and 1774 supreme court is established in Calcutta, in one chief justice and three judge.
2.PITT'S INDIA ACT OF 1784:- The British prime minister William pitt's they are the improvement of first regulating act in1784 known as pitt's India act, also known as settlement of act. They are difference create b/w political and commercial function of company, court of director managed commercial function and new board of control as political affairs that's means double government established.
3.CHATTER ACT OF 1833:- chatter act are also more established of regulating act, they are finally established centralisation in British India. They are established the governor general of Bengal is convey governor general of India, lord William bentick was first governor general of India. The civil and military power are also control in British got. And regulation are converted in acts. And neglected the opposition of court of director.
4.CHARTER ACT OF 1853:-They are last act of British got. They are separate the legislative and executive function of the governor general of council and adopted the British parliament and local representation in India known as mini parliament and open compitation of India for civil servant in 1854 as civil service.
