The monkeys are invaluable - set up near them and you can repeatedly raid the tree stump where they store food. Capture a few and you can place your own monkey stump for them to bring gathered resources to. The fruit they gather makes great mood enhancing foods for your tribesmen.

You can control tribesmen i.e. Become them. Like in Ancestors. That's cool. This game has all the features lol

if you didnt know you can put a campfire down and that acts like a bedroll so if death comes knocking you can at least respawn close to your body, you can unlock more using the green crystals so just need to farm those ruins
