In one of my postings the inefficiency of subordinate used to give me anger which raised my blood pressure above normal. I went to my family doctor for prescribing medicine. He advised me to try for seven days the technique of not allowing anger to go inside me. After seven days he found my blood pressure normal. Anger is detrimental to health and human relationships. The techniques given by you are very powerful tools to control anger particularly the breathing technique. You are doing a real good social service. Keep it up. I wish you a great success.

Anger is our enemy. We often hear this but still we have this feeling of annoyance and displeasure so many times at home or at work place etc. We surely feel bad but dont know how to control it or manage it. Anger is a very strong emotion and yes by using the techniques mentioned in the video can help with anger management. I personally use breathing technique whenever i get angry.
