Guding Blade is definitely a beast with its martial art. As this game relies so heavily on deflection tho, the deflection % SHOULD be part of the conversion. This blade has a parry/deflection window that's twice as good as some of the heavy weapons in the game (120+ vs 60+). Makes fights like Lu Bu a lot more forgiving re timing. 👌 It's for this reason I do not recommend heavy weapons when you are first learning the game's deflection mechanics.
@@fallenlegend7952 Sort of. But in ER you can transfer arts around on weapons of the same class. Here, it's a random roll and arts cannot be transferred. Lots of devs have had weapon style arts on gear b4 Elden Ring however.
Just so you know theres a much better way to farm cubs later in the game in the sub mission the uninhibited mind after you do it the 1st time a cub will always spawn on the ground near to the man you have to find in the mission (he's in 1 of 3 places) and u can just run past everything to find the cub and then end the mission. it's very quick
I heard a better farm is in Part 4 “Darkness over the hansui river” which takes the same amount of time with the chest being in the same location with 2 cups.
@@CaliburXL99 No, it is Let's make our Armor shine in part 6. I just maxed out all 17 reinforcements from 0 oath within 45 mins ish. 34 sec per 2 cups then mystic crane to reload the map. Far faster than Uninhibited mind.
Liu Bei's dual swords are very similar to Sun Ce's dual glaives in the ways their martial work. And you can actually get an Armor set with a set bonus that removes spirit consumption (subtlety of water phase) after a fatal strike, so you can spam martial art.

The weapon and armor systems in this game is the best it's ever been in a team ninja game. They really streamlined and tuned down the ridiculous RNG that plagued the Nioh games. Just being able to level up a follower, and get their four star armor and weapon alone is amazing.
Question!!! Should you wait to level up the followers to max until you reach NG+? It seems if you do it before the armor you get from leveling up only has 4 stars and not 5? Or should you wait to do it before beating the game? Any insight is helpful. Really enjoying Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty!!

I hope, with the 3 dlc, to get an option to transfert special skill (especially the golden one) + I got an ice elemantal sword we cant transfert the element or we will lose it, i hope a fix or update too for that. (Blue dmg + withe, not only withe dmg)

I wish there is a good two handed weapon ;_; I'm using one cause Idc and a dual halberd, mixing it with fire been working. Two hits I can proc the fire debuff with the axe.
Is there any difference between the martial art of gu ding blade and soaring ursine mace? I just got both of them and they seem to have the same martial art moveset, pushing enemy away and deal phy/spirit damage. Does one deal better phy/spirit damage or stun lock than the other😂😂

No. From what I've seen weapons get stronger as you level up and find more. Though you can upgrade and same with Armour. Though it could all be rng I honestly don't know yet. But I am finding stronger weapons as I go
Yes. All non unique weapons/armor will have the same base stats. But the higher the star the more attributes you can add to it. Later on in the game you will get enhanced versions of the gear as drops. But its the same as you can do yourself with upgrades. Dont waste too many mats untio you get 4 star gear tho
its basically the same as elden ring. if you really like an item you get at the beginning of the game, you can use upgrade materials to keep it powerful throughout the game. But by the end of the game, you'll be getting +8 or +9 upgraded weapons and armor, so you'll have to use materials to get your item to +9 if you want it to keep up with enemies. So basically the items you get at the end of the game ARE stronger by far, but the items you get at the beginning can also be just as strong if you invest the upgrade materials you get throughout the game. You technically could go thru the entire game with your starter swords, as long as you upgrade them whenever you get the chance.

Every weapon is good in this game lmao there’s no top 5 best in every team ninja game your own skill and build takes you up if you really want a ez experience just max out fire it completely shits on 90% enemies in the game the coolest thing about follower equipment is the set bonuses just use what you feel comfortable with ya feel
It does, had an issue where the game completely frozed on me. Had to restart the game but thankfully there’s auto save so nothing was lost. The combat here is really fun, don’t let that deter u from the game & most likely future patches will iron out the rest of the bugs.

I think it just went on gamepass because there wasn't that much hype for the game. I hadn't even heard of it until the day it released, but I'm playing it and enjoying it a TON. Give it a shot if you have gamepass. Theres no reason not to.

my build is focused in increasing the white bar of enemies to get critical blow faster, with Guding Blade. Its unique martial arts helps a lot

It was put on game pass to make money for the devs and Microsoft. Plenty of games are released day 1 on it which is why Game pass is so amazing.
