I have had only one of these in my life. About 8 years ago. I have psoriasis and my God daughter thought a hot oil treatment would help keep my hair from falling out and my scalp to stop the psoriasis. My hair used to be thick and full but 10 years ago following a stroke (from which I recovered completely) had an effect on my hair that made it shine again and it was so easy to do. I did not need hair volume then. Now I have shoulder length hair now and it is thin. It has been for the last 10 years.
