Great video. I also feel like I'm stuck in Audit, I didn't plan my career move after articles. The main goal was to qualify. After articles I felt stranded. Working for an international audit firm kinda helps though.
Hey Cwengile I hope you doing well if it is not too much to ask could you possibly create a video whereby you explain how a cv should look in order for it to be attractive especially for people who are applying for articles without any prior working experience.
Hi Ms Johnson, I once heard that one of the big 4 firms was trying to implement that for the next coming years, however I am not sure if that is still happening.
It depends. Articles will be 3 years if you enter into them having already got your degree. However, it will be 5 years if you enter them before obtaining your degree.
@@mlobimkhize5444 hi. If you do your articles before or while studying your degree, does that mean you have to study part-time and complete your bcom degree in 4 years instead of 3?
@@officerjamesofficial you will have to do it part-time but you can still finish your degree within its required time. The only issue is that if you enter into training contract with just a matric, you sign for 5 years, and not 3. If you finish your degree whilst in your training contract, SAICA reduces that by 12 months, so you end up staying 4 years, not 5. Summary: it's best to start articles when you are in possession of your degree.

Hi Joviale thank you so much for watching. I will definitely make that video thank you for the suggestion 😊.
So wish everyone in the field could get to hear this
I wish so too. Thank you so much 😊 💓
Why do you enjoy audit now? What’s the difference between now and then during articles.
Skin glowing babes🤩😍😍❤️
Thank you my love 🥺❤
Hey Cwenga where did you buy your mic
Hey SNg, I bought it at take a lot. It was not more than R200 the time I bought it.
Hey Cwenga, I hope you are good, was it possible for you to do CTA part time whilst doing your articles?
Yes, you can .
Is it possible or allowed to do articles overseas (eg.UK or USA) when you obtained your degree here in South Africa?
Hi Ms Johnson, I once heard that one of the big 4 firms was trying to implement that for the next coming years, however I am not sure if that is still happening.
It’s possible. Deloitte, KPMG and BDO offers articles in the UK
@@Lulu_03 Hey Lulu thank you so much for the information 😊
Deloitte does this
Hi I gave a question do you do your articles in varsity or after
