Many many thanks for your feedback on the 41221....something I discovered very early on and adapted and I have had so much success with it. I don't see it as a plug and play tactic as I need to tweak it for each team I use it with but boy it does work well when a team learns to play with it. It didn't work with Burnley though, but then nothing has with them. It's good to hear people are having success with it Many thanks for your support ....much appreciated
I do a lot of this stuff. But gets lazy when it comes to loans. I believe training and getting the lads into the first team is the vital part. You can really see them explode in ability. I always go for determination and natural finess should be 25 added togheter. GK gets loans . Years before outfield players. One problem is injury stuff. Will kill of great talents. Really liked the video and this series.
I wanted to do this video for a while. I read so many posts on forums in which people say they don't bother with youth development because it is too much hassle...but you don't really need to do much and there is nothing like having a youth player break into the first team and become a great player. Just something about the feeling of developing your own star player
That's an interesting one with lot's of bedtime reading lol....I read a lot on forums that people don't understand the rules. Might take a while to put together though

@@fm-oldmanphil I think the board (the game..) should reward you more for bringing up a new star.
