The thing is that in change of scene, it was made into a modern version of Beethoven's moonlight 3rd movement and it uses from like the middle part of the 3rd movement till the end (albeit it does not follow the song thoroughly and has some additional changes which meganeko has made) but that's basically the piano cover for change of scene.
