If you could set this up for a higher voltage battery, I know a group of people that would buy it up fast. We use 72v 200amp discharge packs and sometimes 100v with hundreds of amps discharging. Is that something you can create?

the same design can be scaled for up to 24V. But the complexity would soon increase for 72V and 100V

A single AD7280 can monitor up to 6 Cells. But you can cascade multiple AD7280s to monitor more cells. You can cascade up to 8 AD7280s , thus you can monitor up to 48 cells.

I am looking for this exact setup but for a 6S battery pack. I see in many of the comments the chips could theoretically support up to 6S. I can read circuit diagrams and do basic soldering. I can also code Arduino and ESP32. But I don't know how to design circuits. Are you able to supply the design and components needed for a 6S variant? Also, are these items you build and sell, I would be interested in just outright purchasing some.
    Thanks in advance

You only need one AD7280 to monitor upto 6S battery. We have configured it for 4 channels, nit using the remaining two channels. You can convert this circuit to monitor 6S packs with minimal modifications to the hardware and software. Sorry we don't sell anything. We have provided full source for all of our projects. You can use that to build it your self.
