Characters look good, systems look good, story seems promising, devs listen and play with their playerbase, all in all what we need nowadays, well done hsr.
Genshin also gives free 4* selector (with more characters to chose from, including a newly released one) and only 7 pulls less (but it's also no big x.0 patch). Why is everybody making such a huuuge deal about it?
