At my locals yesterday I won the door prize (a little tin of S&V) gave it to a kid I won a game against later in the day, kid opened it and got the alt art Iron valiant worth $50. 😅
But I believe that’s also a part of this hobby and investing. Getting the new generations to have a good experience. Otherwise our investments won’t be worth much to the new gen :)
100%. That's why Pokemon has been so successful. They constantly have an eye on the next generation and thus far have avoided complacency. Also, that was very nice of you. I'm not religious but if god does happen to be real you can use that good deed to get through the pearly gates. 😂

I swear that Kmart Crown Zenith box price keeps dropping every time you mention it. "Got it for $39", "got it for $35", not "got it for $29". 😂😂

How do you handle sets without booster boxes? ETBs only? Booster Bundles? Skip it? Thanks for your videos mate

I'm agree with you as booster boxes are the best dollar cost avarage, BUT there will be always the "fake or not" question, because the packaging can be faked, otherwise a 3P blister not reall and I know it's take a lot of place etc etc..... just I wanted to say faking a factor too.
The only collection boxes I have are 151 boxes. BBs to invest for the long term and I pick and choose bits at the right prices to make a bit over the short term

Straight up facts. Been in this game years and it's all 💯 facts. Point 4 is key...buy the right set, at the right time at the right price, go all in and stash for 2/3 years then asses price then I usually dig out around the 5 yrs mark to gauge what to do if keeping for the long haul or sell to re invest in something else.
5. They ensure they have a quality source who sends mint condition products and packed correctly to avoid minimal damage
6. They have logged and track their investments in something like Shiny.
7. They have their investments stored in a place where they have a permanent home ( as appose to moving them / touching them every few weeks). i can come up with more but that'll do.
What containers do you use for the booster boxes ?
That is why I pre-order a 10 pack ETB + 6 pack Booster Box. I open a few for joy, leave the rest for a 10-15 year holding. If I didn't get the hits, I just buy them individually. Less money wasted, less "gambling", future proofing to be featured on a RUclips channel with 50 years old selling my packs for thousands to the next PokeRev lol haha. Nice content man! Always insightful.

I bought 3 boxes of ES for around 730 each last week. Debating to buy 2 more since they're relatively low rn, but I wanna get a few more booster bundles of 151.... any advice?

@@monkey39128 it's definitely gonna go up. I don't think like 5k like some people will, but I'm willing to hold onto it for at least 3 years and see if I can double my money or more
