I would greatly appreciate if you would also add the less obvious symptoms of the remedies because people don’t always exactly express the remedies as they are in the materia medica. I did a 3 dose course over two days used Anacardium 30c with noticable relief. One night dose then morning and night the next day.... Then we wait! Amazing difference came in a week or so, the feeling of freedom from constant negative attraction! Seen now but not SEEN NOW ! if you understand. I am doing a refresher course as I return to a group that is historically "measuring your worth" run by group think and again feeling the pressure of being "marked" the individual who doesn't blend in! I now see a lot of this is my history and own head case but doing a second round of dosing to ease into the group w/o so much angst. lol Love him but this great teacher will not prescribe.

The Helios website usually gives the source for each remedy. In this case, it says "whole plant" for cham.
