Horrible Angler thank you! I should have mentioned how nice the guests were too! We did catch some after you guys headed out. Only a few but at least we didn’t get skunked. Paultske salmon eggs finally did the trick. 👍 🎣
@@rvcampgroundusa No worries bud. Your editing is getting top notch. Love all the J/L cuts. I’m glad you caught some fish. I will have to try those salmon eggs. I’ve only caught perch using them.
Hey thanks! I'm having fun with it all. Hopefully, it helps someone out along the way too. I grew up using Paultske's (sp?) on the Kern River catching trout. The eggs in the glass jar with the green lid have always been my go to.
We went back in August again this year 2022 and had some disappointments. Although the staff and ice cream were as good as it gets, the guests were not so great. You couldn’t walk through camp without smelling weed being smoked everywhere. I know Collins has signs prohibiting this but it’s obviously something they can’t control. No too big deal. But the crying screaming toddler that never stopped because their tweaker parents were too busy partying all day was disturbing. Last time we went in November and the campground was relatively empty. Maybe winter is best time to visit Collins? What do you find disgusting Marcy??? Maybe I need to do an updated review.
@@MARCYGIRL3 Huge swampy bathtub LOL. We did notice there’s no where to dry dock. Everywhere we went to pull over was full of swampy lake weed or some strange looking translucent bubbly growing pods. Our kids did have a blast on the double decker pontoon boats and the view from our site was epic. All that being said, don’t think it’s worth going back near the summer.
Heck yeah, best video yet. Your reviews are getting really detailed. Freaking love it. Those ice cream scoops are hefty for sure.

Hope you don’t mind. I may have shared this video a bit.

@@rvcampgroundusa You said exactly why it's discusting. Haha It always has been and I'm 49 now. Lol Its like a huge swampy bathtub.

@@rvcampgroundusa I agree! I live up the hwy and I would rather go to Tahoe or lakes up higher. Lol Try higher up and you will love it. Donner maybe?
@@MARCYGIRL3 I agree….Tahoe is spectacular! Never been to Donner. Is there a lake or campground there that we need to put on our list?
