Leveraging Faculty as Internal Consultants

Video describes a method for leveraging teams of faculty to solve challenging structural problems around teaching and learning. The method has been piloted at Miami University's Howe Center for Writing Excellence and at other institutions. This video includes faculty and leaders from an intensive Ohio-wide summer version of the Sensemaking method sponsored by a grant from the Lumina Foundation.
