Sex is something you can get better at. As with EVERYTHING, the first time you try it, it usually isn't perfect. You get better as you go on and practice.
I believe oral use is permitted if it's to arouse for the regular sex. But if it is to replace natural sex to avoid procreation, that's where the issue comes in. The release cannot be in non-generative sexual acts
