Do you run by distance or time? Aside from lifting for running specifically, I'm finding myself focusing way too much distance (personally). Like, there is a 5k loop around the neighborhood where I live and I really should run longer but the mental fatigue hits as soon as I hit that distance mark, even though after I stop and cool off, I definitely feel like I've still got a full tank of gas if that makes sense.
I've been running 10 km a day, slowing down or speeding up depending on how I'm feeling that day. Lately, I've only been running 5 km because I've had a cold. Try to think about something else when you run: don't think about the distance, listen to music and enjoy the scenery around you. When I didn't want to run, I endured it by listening to music.
수고하셨습니다 기록이 점점 좋아지시는거 같아요🎉
아침 날씨가 많이 선선해져서 몸이 조금 가벼워진거 같아요. 내일은 주말이라 20K 달려보려구요😄
