- 八极拳里面没有专门的训练开肩开胯的动作,胡玉涛老师从叠字手的训练中给大家拆解了一些动作,可以非常有效的训练开胯。There is no special training for opening the shoulders and the hips in Bajiquan. Teacher Hu Yutao has dismantled some poses from the DieZiShou, which can be effectively used as hip openers .
