Awesome video. How do i find out more about your Chief tool sets and other things? We are new Chief users, long time AutoCad Arch and Sketchup users though. We need a Chief Guru. Thanks!
That's freakin' amazing man! I've been using Chief since 2012 and I couldn't produce a kitchen like that in 15 minutes - how did you change those cabinets so quickly? And how did you put those lights with the wiring just by dragging? I'm on X14 - Maybe it's because your using X16?
@@jaredharding2536 I built a bunch of style pallets for the cabinet style switches and they are linked to custom placed library objects in the toolbar. The lights are just a distribution line. X14 is capable of both of those things :)
Great to see you do a video like this! Chief has come so far! I hope they keep moving forward to a point I don't need to deal with D5! I think we are getting there! This video makes me want to get back into renders. It's so much FUN. But, most jobs I end up with are super complex and take a lot more than 15 minutes. LOL. More like a day! You did a mee! The handle right of range. I did that and sent it to the client. THEY NEVER NOTICED. Render looks amazing. You da master!
@@Curious_Skeptic yeah I noticed a few goof ups here, cabinet door hinged on the wrong side etc. . I don't need to use a 3rd party nay more that's for sure, I've got some new renders that are top tier from chief and ai
@@rabbittdesign8482 That's awesome! Can't wait to mess around again in Chief. Good to hear. I'd love to NOT mess with converting Chief to sketchup to D5. PITA.
Another great vid. Appreciate all the tips!

What is your default rendering method? Our M1 MacBooks cannot produce anything of that quality.
@@jbrooksga they can they will just take a lot longer to do it, like about 40x longer. The new M4 Max chips will keep up though
What's your PC spec rab. Physical based renders are pretty slow on my PC.
@@MickDunlow this has a 4090 keep in mind samples are set very low and I have very few lights turned on and my textures are all 768 resolution
