Woah...This is wrong on so many levels...
- Soldering of the Li-Ion cells can damage them or even result in an explosion of one
- 7805 draws current even if nothing is plugged in, so it will surely discharge the cells to zero, which also can be dangerous
- The charging circuit is a popular TP4056 module, which is made to charge a 1S battery, whereas this pack is 2S2P, so the module will never charge the cells properly - only up to 4.2v, which is too low for the 7805, which has aboug 1V dropout voltage (this means that if the circuit will work, the output voltage of the 7805 after charging and under load should be around 3.2V and no higher than 3.4V, which is too low to charge a smartphone)
- "Without any module" means "using the charging module and a power regulator", so this is a false information
- This is neither 21000mAh nor "supreme style" device... With almost 300000 subscriptions you could at least work on your design a little bit more and show something useful instead of this garbage... I appreciate the idea, but it is really bad implementation of it
- Last but not least: soldering with this tip is a clear example how NOT to use the soldering iron

It's wrong. 7805 doesn't provide sufficient amperage to charge a smartphone. It works only with old black & white phone.
