Flew around trip Reykjavik-Athens Greece this week. 6 hour flight both trips. Legroom is a bit of a downside but the staff and service is excellent and these brand new Airbus A320neo and A321neo are incredible, sound insulation is top notch and quality all around really nice. Prices are also on the low side which is a plus.
Thank you for the video! My wife and I are planning a trip to Toronto and we were wondering about Play airlines for some time. One thing made me chuckle a bit as you've called Prince Polo an Icelandic Chocolate. Our Polish snack is very popular in Iceland which makes us very proud and we're happy that you enjoyed it!
Glad it was helpful, thanks for watching!
Might be going to poland but will fly to Berlin. The warsaw connection from Iceland wasn't thought through with lay over lasting 10 or 20hours. Final destination is Wroclaw so berlin works for me.
Fun fact, that prince polo isnt icelandic chocolate bar but rather polish chocolate bar
There's no such country as poland. It's actually a part of Russia and Germany.
@@andretan10there is no country as germany and russia, just krasnals and more bald krasnals. Both are under british control anyway.
Prins póló is polish perfection. And i feel like its the most famous/iconic chocolate bars in iceland.
You were pretty generous with your scoring
Thx for your video👍👍 I now know more about what to come. I will fly with Play 8 januari 2024 Copenhagen - New York. Thx again guys 👍👍
5:16 prince polo isn’t Icelandic but Polish
I live in eastern PA and Play flies into Stewart airport in upstate NY about 2 hours away. It’s everything JFK isn’t-no traffic to speak of, small airport and parking doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. The flight to Keflavik is only about 5 hours so I don’t have a problem with the limited food selection.
Hi girls… thanks for the informative review. It was easy to understand ..and whatever you didn’t mention could be figured out..ie; comfort level for seniors. Could you possibly comment on aisle space for getting up to walk and stretch. Also, what is the seat width. I’m reading that the average width is 17.5 inches…is that what these seats are?
Hey! This is Ashna from the video. So I think we took the Airbus A321 where seats are between 29 to 35 inches. The Airbus A320 seats range between 28 to 35 inches. Hope that helps!
You guys were VERY generous. My score is very low
Why?
Yeah why ? Nice comment 🙄
Thanks for this video im going toronto from uk in feb 2024 you put my mind at rest👍
Thank you for this review. We booked a flight on Play Air from BWI Airport to Dublin with a stop in Klefvavik Airport (Iceland).
Glad it was helpful!
I am about to book this flight from the same airport to Dublin. Would you recommend?
@@leonardweiszgerber4880did you end up flying with them?
Heading out in September. Not sure yet
Hi .what about if u have kids with you? What should kid do in 6 or 8 hours flight??? Give me some suggestions plz bcz m Gona fly in a month with 4 kids and 3 of them are under 5 .
Thank you for the review
Were you able to carry a crossbody pocketbook AND a underseat personal bag?
Plan on going play from Baltimore, Maryland, US to Berlin, Germany twice in April & May
How did it go? I’ll be going from BWI to Copenhagen in August
I compared prices vs Icelandair, and could not find better deal with Play. Maybe I am doing something wrong.
You know nothing matters if it departs on time n lands
That legroom looks inhumane and a health hazard.
😂😂😂
All airlines are like this - where have you been
The legroom is nothing special. Not much lower or much higher than the competition
Took a flight with 'em. About the legroom, you better not be over 6'2, that's my height. It was manageable for me but above that would've been impossible.
😂😂😂😂
Just take a high speed train if your city has one to get to Hamilton
rows 1-3 have extra leg room. bring a laptop and some snacks and its not a bad flight DC to Iceland. Also 2-3 beers help.
Bizarre that Play, an Icelandic airline, use Euro currency, but the currency of Iceland is the Króna.
