The iPad you have there is quite old by today's standards. I wonder if an M4 iPad Pro would come with better graphics presets, closer to the mac version. As the iPad version shown on your computer looks very much like a mobile game - i.e. ultra low graphics preset.
Those are two entirely different games that you are playing on the macbook and iPad. The iPad game is Grid Autosport and is at least 2 generations old. How and why do you people bother making content when you can't be arsed to get the basics right? Minor inaccuracies are understandable but this is just horrendous to think that they're the same game.

I am very curious too. As you mentioned it should be very high quality but still in mobile standards but computer standard
