I hate how we have to defend Jungkook over how many lines he has. I hate how we have to explain this like it’s a foreign concept. He’s the main vocal and they do the distribution based on what would make the song sound the best. I once searched who was the main vocalist and all I got was stuff full of how jungkook doesn’t deserve the tittle. Jimin and V had more lines in their recent comeback and the one before it was Jimin. Since all the vocal line has gotten better, they stopped giving jungkook more lines because the other vocalists sound so good as well like Jimin with his angelic voice. V with his husky, deep and soulful voice and Jin with his soft yet different voice. But the thing is that JK and JM will mostly have more lines, JK being main vocal, and JM and JK's voices are the ones that usually match the songs better. JK can adapt his voice to every genre for example. I don't think Jin can adapt his voice as easy as him, please don't kill me. Jin is a great singer, with a lot of improvement over the years and he has become one phenomenal singer. But I just have to be honest here. So I do think Jin has enough lines as of now, I don't get the need for more? Plus half of the lines JK has here, are either adlibs, harmonisations or the highnote... so in terms of lines, it is equal. It is just that the other parts like I mentioned above, take way more space. Anyway, if my comment was too harsh or disrespectful, please tell me. What makes that happen is his position, which is “Main Vocalist” and the main vocal usually sings the most, sings the complicated lines of the song, the harmonies, the adlibs, the background vocals, the chorus leads, and other. Center is being in the center while dancing a certain part of the song, which is also to catch people’s attention.

I hate how we have to defend Jungkook over how many lines he has. I hate how we have to explain this like it’s a foreign concept. He’s the main vocal and they do the distribution based on what would make the song sound the best. I once searched who was the main vocalist and all I got was stuff full of how jungkook doesn’t deserve the tittle. I know that it could have been distributed to the other members but maybe they thought it sounded better with his voice because they do think before they add the vocals and if you haven’t noticed but this the firsts time after a while jungkook got more lines. Jimin and V had more lines in their recent comeback and the one before it was Jimin. Since all the vocal line has gotten better, they stopped giving jungkook more lines because the other vocalists sound so good as well like Jimin with his angelic voice. V with his husky, deep and soulful voice and Jin with his soft yet different voice. I’ll be honest I did miss his voice because he didn’t get lines but repetitive parts and it didn’t make him stand out which was upsetting, also, I loved this distribution because if you don’t look at the distribution, all the members have parts and they all shine.
